Hate to say it, but that is a very inefficient prop. The pitch is determined at the tip of the prop, the angle of which increases to 90 degrees at the axis of rotation. What you have created would cause severe air braking toward the centre of air flow. The leading edge needs rounding to cut through the air, as the trailing edge needs thinning out just as an airfoil section of a wing. Once you achieve all that, you will have a more efficient prop.
