Thanks for another lovely podcast Sheila. So glad to hear you’ve almost come to the end of tragic tax saga. I love all the cardigans you wear. Do you have a master pattern you take your sizing from when you use different patterns? I love the way you sew you set in sleeves, every thing is so neatly finished. Have you shared your technique on any of your podcasts please. Set in sleeves have always frightened me and I would like to feel more confident to give them a try. 👋🇦🇺
Well done, 🎉 Sheila, sounds like you managed to crack the code. If you save that email saying it's validated, surely that's proof. Lovely story about your Mum's sewing box - I'm glad you got it. I remember my Granny's button box - a big six sided pewter coloured tin, with lots of beautiful buttons of all sizes. I expect it's still at my Mum's old house, I must ask.
Nice little pouch for Emma. Yes . Your hand stitching is very delicate looking! Hooray !!!!!! Finally! The tax thing is sorted…I pray they don’t find anything else to pick at , fingers crossed….my good ness what a lot of red tape! A lot of work . It should be fine now according what you are saying . You have such pretty colored WIPS surrounding you Sheila! Again , love your pretty pink cardi you are wearing . ❤xxMarilyn
Hi Sheila, Fingers crossed it stays Accepted! Let's hope they pay you right next lol 😂 Well done Sheila, you deserve more than 3 Fudge toffees tonight lol 😂. Emma's notions bag she's gonna love it and the bigger bag too. Put your feet up and have a jolly good rest. See you on the next video. I always really look forward to your videos every day. Thank you ❤. Xxx
Shiela i have my Mum's threads too, if you look at the reel there is a slit to keep the end of the thread that makes the thread snap on a sewing machine. sometimes just turning the reel works.
I am glad that you have finally sorted out the tax certificate. I haven't bothered doing anything about mine as I earn so little anyway. If I ever start to earn enough then I will go into it all using your advice.
You should sort yours out Jan every little helps, why pay tax no matter how small, when we in the UK have tax treaties with Ireland and the USA..if you need any help with it i will do my best to help you
I'll keep my fingers crossed aswell that will be the last you hear from the irish tax people. When i deal with banks + bills, all my mail is addressed as Ms, but i want it to be Mrs, my husband died in 1996, he was young 42 when he passed. However they take the Mrs away + use Ms. So i was wondering did you manage to keep Mrs. I know that's a strange question.?? Your knitting is splended, you have a realy good talent to be able to make paternes. I can only follow easy ones+ my crochet is stopped at blankets😊😂😅❤❤❤
Awww, ❤ Wonder if its just paper bills they changed to Ms. Because on your banking and on your debit card it should still read Mrs... When I was divorced I changed my title name via Deed Poll. My friend is 82 never married and she gets Mrs on some paper work, I think they presume because she's older that she's married ect. Check with your bank, or the company who send you the letters. Xxx
No they can't change you to a Ms. I've been divorced 42 yrs and I'm still Mrs. Because my surname us my married name, if I'd reverted back to my maiden name then fair dos.
So glad tax is sorted it would have been praying on our mind Sheila
Great, you got sorted love your bag
