I have those and I can vouch they are fairly easy to grow and care. Good plants for beginners if they want a trailing plant that's forgiving. They will give off a nice dark purple colour (hence the name) if exposed to bright sunlight
My most benignly neglected plant... I only water it when I notice that it's very shrivelled. It's turned completely purple and is trailing all over my other succulents.
Oh wow, I freaking love this plant, and if I ever find one I am for sure buying it, I love that the stems are purple in color, and that it just looks so cool and different. Thanks so much Summer for this video, see you tomorrow.
I got one of these not too long ago at a Sunday market here in Melbourne... Got it growing in an old silver teapot!!! Such an easy plant to grow!!!!!!!
It was amazing watching this video. I recently brought Fiddle leaf fig, calathea zebrina, pachira aquatica, Boston fern, philodendron congo, staghorn fern, philodendron congo, and a few snake plants. I have a North facing twenty feet wide balcony with bright light and no direct sunlight and I have placed my plants five feet away from the balcony inside my living room. I have noticed yellowing of leaves of pachira aquatica and Boston fern. In fact my Fiddle leaf fig seems to be happy and has two new leaves. After watching your video I am worried as I have a North facing balcony which has light from east and west but it is only three feet wide, so I would be glad to know something from you
Hi there, please help me, i do have this plant just bought from nursery near me, after 1 day it become shrink. I check the root it looks fine. No water since arrival, however the soil is wet from nursery, ive propagated it and its look the same, looks dry, and shrink

I love this plant, they give me the cutest yellow daisy-liked flowers 🤩

Great information as always... Thanks!
Another great plant you introduced to me/us🧚🏾♀️🧚🏽🧚♂️
If given direct sunlight the leaves turn a deep burgundy-red. Hence, ‘Ruby Necklace ‘.
LOVE OF PLANTS 🌻 I see! I thought that Emerald Necklace would be more fitting XD
I always thought it was Ruby bc of the purple stems? But eh the sun stress makes more sense, though most succulents get sun stressed.
I have this one as well, what a fun plant to propigate. It hangs long in my southern window. :)
Soooo lush....🌿
Cool porch plant down south!
That's a cool one!

I don’t understand. I thought my plant was growing a new ruby but it looks like a growth now. Lol. What does that mean?
Can you prop like other succulents?agate these from the leaves
Mine attracts spider mites like no other! But I do love its look so I deal with it every time I get them.
How do you deal with them?

Love that
What’s the difference between this to Senecio Purple Flush?
I got some of these through a trade and had no idea what I had🤣 Thanks!
Can I mix this plant with other succulents
Yes I add it to the edges of many of my succulent pots for a bit of extra colour
Love you darling and god bless you ❤️
What is the difference of ruby necklace and string of bananas?
String of bananas/dolphins are all green and they have a sort of fin looking thing and looks more like a dolphin rather than pickles
I think I’ve got this, but it wasn’t called string of pickles
Hello Summer. Great video, as usual. I sent you a message on Instagram. Don't know if you saw it.
