to ruin the joke, the thing is most of the powerful espers they go up against on a weekly basis are level 4, they are just that many level 4 (if i am thinking correctly or remembering correctly), there is a question of would 1000 level 4's equal 1 level 5 ? and i feel that is a great example of the vast difference between them like level 4's are extremelly powerful but obviously not as powerful as 1 level 5

After the last few episodes of Railgun T and seeing the colorful group dynamic between its members, I kinda want Scavenger to get their own spinoff. They even said they wanted a new teammate in the last episode, which is a perfect segway/excuse to add (Insert troubled new protagonist here) and see their personality bounce off the other members. It would also be a great avenue to explore all the numerous shadow organizations with a fine-tooth comb in the Raildex franchise. I can already imagine a reoccurring gag in the series being their persistent bad luck of running into a Level 5 in EVERY mission they get by pure chance. It's a long-shot I know (Frankly Uiharu or Saten are more likely to get their own spinoff), but hey, anything can happen.

The horoscope did a pretty nice job in both cases. Naru caring intensely for her friends helped avoid Itsuki getting pummeled to death by Doppelganger. And their encounter with Mikoto did help their job out in the end.
I bet the next to humiliate them will be Kakine Teitoku, the second most powerful level 5.

She didn't move, she attracted herself to flying beams in the air by magnetism ( they can be seen in background ).
She can if there's something magnetic around

You mean main protagonists? If it's protagonists, then Gunha and arguably Misaki are protagonists that are hanging around too, bringing the number up to 4.

So Railgun is still better than whatever index iii was.
Honestly, when it comes to anime adaptation, Railgun won the jackpot while Index definitely got the short straw. Just compare the Sisters arc in both versions, the Railgun take on the exact same scenes than in Index are so much more impactful.
