If you can try and find a block of wood or summot similar drive the corsa onto that and the jack will go under the car then saves faffing around with scissor jack that’s what I do with my Corsa 😎
You shouldn't have a car if that's how you feel if you can afford to what's the issue corsa vxrs are stunning cars , the piston issue your probally relating to is down to poor maintenance and modding cars without support such as injectors and turbos etc if you leave it standard and change exhaust what's issue?

Buy some drive up ramps. Saves the hassle of jacking up and will give you much more room underneath to work on this type of job.
