If you use the Z spec for mode 1 of the rework of eight gates, then you can use any move twice without any cool down, me personally, I use Apollo sand 3rd move, shado c spec, earth final move, and the eight gates mode to do 2.2/ 2.5 million damage at a time within the span of four seconds, if you can do this with a friend, you can literally beat any tailed beast boss, or any boss that has a large hit box in 3 seconds😂

You can still solo it using apollo or shado, you can just run away from his area of attack after every moves. Apollo sand is the best because you can just reset its cooldown and just spawn a companion so you don't have to run away everytime... (snow avalanche is not recommended for beginners)
Btw for those who wants strang abilitys to use it against bosses: appolo sand, cristal,emreald,earthstyle(genger boss drop),lava bl, shado,toxic cloud,acide And i suggest you use companion(minekaze or borumakie or xeno ....) I hope i helped you
