Update is great, new maps(and redesign ones) look great, new taunts are good(although i think they are kinda overpriced) and custom maps and servers are great,cosmetics are nice Its just unfortunate that my desire to play tf2-ish like game now belongs to the seal
“to not be a better direct hit” is true, but now it’s soldiers worse primary. When you have no buffs, you just get a faster reload speed and a worse damage. It’s like your supposed to use a shotgun with the Maverick now, but with the buff stats, they want you to use a banner, but that means with the 95 damage at max, you can’t use a shotgun to finish the enemy off. It’s literally just the liberty launcher but worse.

I think rolve could have added more things to tc2 like more gamemodes! Or even go to the community for new guns and cosmetics! i can go to half life 2 map in tc2 and some dummy testing place custom map with inf ammo and 100% crit and spawn camp with the beggar bazooka and got 72 kill streak
Sad to see my favourite game grow since I got banned by a broken anti cheat back in 2017 or 2018 when the system was trash at detecting exploits. It didn't detect a guy literally flying but nahh It me walking normaly with some extreme lag spikes. Good thinks today the anti cheat is improved but back then it was like the concept of trash.
Honestly, in my opinion. Update is really good, but when it came out, i was sad. First off, the movement is weird for me, i dont like it. And the main reason i dont like this is because market gardening is completely ruined, its so hard to control yourself in the air while rocket jumping even with mantreads. And the shovel itself says that it has crits but the crits didnt work, i was launching into the air, hit this guy while i was in the air, it didnt count as a crit. And earlier when the update JUST came out i saw that the marget gardener would lose its crits if you were in the air too long. I really hope rolve fixes all this.
The Movement update actually IMPROVES market gardening, the old movement system just needed you to hold w and turn your camera around to strafe now, you just need s or d to strafe in the air (air control) it works really well with mantreads. and this all replicating TF2's rocket jumping, which mean TF2 Players can transfer their skill more easily inside TC2
Honestly the update would have been fine, but the content dry was what set this as a underwelming update for me Also the monetization is a little questionable, its fine to add monetization with great content but Summer 2022 also had monetization but with more content Summer 2023 is good but this just look like a normal tc2 update, Summer 2022(the biggest tc2 update) was made by mostly tc2 devs in 3 months, this was made in 255 days and half of the content were made by the community(Maps, cosmetics and Unusuals) the things that were made by Rolve itself (Custom Maps,Taunts,Vs Bosses changes) If theyre are willing to put community content in the game(Because theyre are pushing that path foward) why didnt we have a Halloween crate and Christmass update anyway, so many good items on the workshop and didnt use for any update?Seriosly? I think this update was too little too late, im not even interested in playing too much, just tested the maps, played some community games, bought some cosmetics and just that Well back to playing seal game "WerE tAkiNg OuR tIme" -The Update with Patches and Content

Not all maps and weapons are taken from tf2. Plus, the weapons that are from tf2 have balance changes to make them more fun to play with, and They're (you said "there" go back to 4th grade) NOT profiting off it. (you said "off of" bro go back to 4th grade and learn how to make ACCTUAL sentences)

They replaced the 2nd brickbattler with a guest and they added roblox staff om Roblox HQ, they later got nerfed due to Erik Cassel's vulcan
