Yeah. Unfortunately a player character is always unvoiced.
Wonder if there's any unique dialogue in Astarion's epilogue if you romance him as Gale. I didn't see any here, but still
As far as I remember it was just like playing as Tav or Durge so nothing unique to human Gale.
