    When I saw the title I thought there was no way I could last the whole 30 minutes. As I got into it, I kept telling myself "this will be my last one" BUT I also said "let me just see what's next after the break" and would be like "yeah I can do one more if these." Eventually, I made it to the end. Proud of myself for getting through it and not letting the length psych me out

    It's Day 31 today, I just had to post here cause this challenge is what I look forward to every single day. It has completely transformed my life, feel more confident, eat better and look great. I'd never seen abs before in my 31 years of existence but with 31 days of proper dedication I've finally seeing a definition in my body and its amazing. Hopefully in 2 weeks I will be able to share my journey with you. Thank you, you have no idea what an impact you've had on my life.

    Day 6: I am about to die. Never sweat so much in my life. Couldn't do it at your pace dude. But I did it on my pace and I fought through. These workouts show me that I can go over the my limit and there is much power beyond that limit in your head. Even though I don't see any significant results yet. I will complete this 45 day challenge.

      I freaking love the hip thrusts, when I do them I try to consciously relax every muscle even my face and just focus on breathing, feels so good, it's almost like having a second rest break haha

    Yo Bully, I’m 13 years old and coming in to 2020 my belly came out, and my love handles were pretty wide. Now we are about to close out 2020 and I don’t have any love handles and I am 95% to my way to abs.They are pretty toned but they’re not all the way there.

    Those frog jumps towards the end were brutal. They started to hurt in my abs when I would stand up. The bunny hops seemed easy at first and then I realized I shouldn't be taking a quick break when turning around, just bounce in a 180 and go. Then they got real. This workout was next level.

    Whose doing frog hops and bunny hops after shuffle squats 🤣. Once I got to the 8 minute mark my legs were rubber!! Keep it up man. My wife watches your wife’s hair channel. Continue to be a blessing. Lost 50 lbs during pandemic in 2.5 months (2 - 30 day challenges plus calorie restriction). Love your workouts. 293 to 203 now back up to 225 (and stronger.....can even do a couple of pull-ups now and I am near 40 (couldn’t do those in my 20’s)

      Actually. Why do you need a fitness app. This is better because it's on TH-cam, something that most people already have, so more people are gonna see it.       Breakfast: 2 eggs, coffee, oatmeal, apple.
      Lunch: Greek yoghurt (low fat), granola, some honey drizzle, red fruit (like strawberrys, blueberry's).
      Dinner: Whole grain rice, beef, broccoli.
      Except coffee in the morning, i always drink water no matter what.
      Dont forget to take a restday once every like 5-7 days of training.

    Bully juice thank you for getting me into fitness. For 6 months I followed your videos 6 days a week and I then renewed my gym membership. This is my third month going to the gym but I crashed and scraped myself when biking there. I went back home and did this leg workout afterwards 👍

    Day six, I’m very suprised I made it this far and I saw a tiny bit of results. And while it is tiny it is results and im noticing that my endurance is increasing! When I started this I was out of breath the first workout, now I’m seeing that I can do these workouts and finish them feeling a little better! Keep going kings I’ll see you at the finish line! 👍

    About to begin this workout tonight! I usually do a lot of equipment weight training but I’ve been feeling a bit tired than usual especially on my leg workouts. I’ll let you guys know how it goes tomorrow!

    Day 7 done ✅✅✅ yesterday I did landscaping and I still did day 6 after I finished my job and got home however today I felt that pain 😅😅 I still got up and did day 7 so for those reading this keep up 💪💪

      @@jagjit_7 I was doing 45 day challange, is a really good way to balance every muscle of your body. That was my 3rd time if i recall correctly the first time was really super hard for me, but keep your pace and try to not stop, if i can give you only 1 word is resilience.

    This was good. Def for intermediate people. Best leg workout that i have found that hits like if im still doing a leg workout with weights. Definitely saving this one for home when I cant get to the gym 😪 😍
