Yes in lectures, 100+ students will be there because foreign Medical colleges have huge number of students but in classes there are 12-24 students only.

Now according to the new policies... If you are studying medicine from abroad then 5 year mbbs then one year intership from the country where u have graduated then one year intership in india after clearing next exam
