Super interesting video Matt. Have you ever used Chair Doctor glue. It’s a specially formulated pva that is extremely thin in consistency specially made to creep or wick into fine cracks or fix loose chair legs without disassembly/reassembly. It work’s extremely well and is far less messy on cracks outside the cabinet. Maybe belt and braces used with NMN as an internal seal. It sets fast and works reliably. Hope this helps!

I'll get some and give it a go. Often I just thin down some PVA if needed
