Gobou did win a Playstation tournament with Anji some time back, and he only practiced with the character for about 20 minutes - if that. The reward was an official GGST Anji icon. Some players are just incredibly talented.

I think it depends on where the ult hits, when its on the very end of para it doesn’t install but when it’s closer it does
It needs to be a clean hit in order to mode swap. If it's an edge hit or a back swing then you don't transform.

Tournament players spend more time in modes that don't give them global ranking - this is why neither Gobou nor Leffen were the #1 Asuka, but the #1-#3 Asukas all had obviously worse gameplay than both of them
In fact, most of the #1-3 Nagoriyukis I've seen tend to unintentionally trigger Angery Nago, while DarkNecro here clearly knows how to avoid doing it

Rating Update (the website this channel uses to cite player rankings) is not the be-all and end-all for determining a player's strength/skill - it can be manipulated by players dodging other players, rage quitting, strong players intentionally facing known weaker players, among other factors. I understand that Leffen is a very talented player, but to speak of his Asuka and Gobou's Asuka in the same breath is actually an insult to Gobou - Leffen has not used Asuka in any major tournament he's entered, and his Asuka is not even strong at that - and most definitely not on Gobou's level - it's probably around PepperySplash's level which is, well... no comment...
Also, Gobou does not play in Park - nor does he play long sets with strong players very often, or offline. The matches you see during his stream are the majority of matches he plays - which is why he is not the #1 Asuka, because he does not play as much as the other Asuka users - despite the fact that it is plain as day that nobody is on his level...

A reminder to Strive players that GG Strive has not been a competitive game for 3 years. The whole meta in this game is cheap brainrot gorillas or broken characters with autopilot mode for 3 seasons in a row. Balance simply doesn't exist. Gorilla STRIVE- shame of gg series. Absolutely trash.

One cannot but rejoice at the attitude of the community on youtube, x or subreddit, where they mock the Millia players who were destroyed in the public for two punches. Indeed, it is decent behavior for the Strive Community to mock those who are trying to learn a character who is not in the meta. Nothing new.
This game hit rock bottom for 3 seasons in a row. I hope the 4th and final season of this zoo will make this game even more absurd than ever.

I've missed this, but part of me thinks this is Fake-Kona (like Fake Geto in JJK).
Apart from that, I disagree, this game is not all gorillas because that would imply that Milla is also a gorilla.
This is a fake Konakon - the real Konakon made a post on the same video as this person, essentially saying farewell to his "supporters" - and it was one of the most tone-deaf, self-righteous, incoherent, self-imposed victimization posts I have ever read on this channel's comment section; and that leads me to believe that they may have been tr olling - or they were an AI program - or partially - as it is incomprehensible for me to imagine someone with that level of personal responsibility actually exists...
Moreover, to clear up the question, "Did they delete their account, or did YT ban them?" The real Konakon stated their posts were being deleted by YT - however, what they failed to mention, is the fact that their primary account was banned, and I have proof of that. During ASW's broadcast of Verix's exhibition matches at EVOJ, the real Konakon decided it was an intelligent idea to repeatedly post messages in the chat downplaying Millia, criticizing the game, and arguing with others. Well, unfortunately for the real Konakon, Ozawa from ASW was monitoring the chat and did not take too kindly of his t rolling behavior, and Konakon was swiftly banned from ASW's official channel live chat/comment section - this was the real Konakon's account - not the alternate account they used to post a farewell message. That being said, ASW must have reported the real Konakon's account to YT, and thus, he was banned for his disposition.
To the real Konakon: If you are reading this message - in this world that we live in, there are consequences for the choices we all make in life - good or bad; the suspension of your account is what I would refer to as, "The consequences of your own actions" - had you taken any personal responsibility and engaged in introspection to see if _perhaps_ the common denominator in these situations was _you_ - rather than keeping your stance that "I am right, and everything anyone else says is wrong" - then maybe your account would have still been around. I hope you learned a valuable lesson in all of this...
Regarding this fake Konakon: The reason why they keep copying & pasting their responses, is because they are not the real Konakon - but an imitator that is putting on an act; as we all know, when one creates a lie, they have to create multiple lies to cover the original act of deception - and that can become tiresome to an individual who's entire existence relies on mimicking a person who no longer posts in this comment section, so they have no new ideas to continue this charade. Moreover, because they are adopting someone else's personality and ideologies, but lack the passion and drive of said individual - copying & pasting is apparently the best they can do. They do not seem interested in becoming a complete carbon copy of the real Konakon; their motivation appears to manifest from gaining the attention and notoriety that came with him.
With that being said, do not feed them - ignore them...
