And that's a wrap! Bojack will return in January after my break! S4 is already recorded, and edited videos for members are going up next week, along with uncut reactions on Patreon. Thanks for watching y'all, super excited to share S4! :D patreon.com/soeverdream
So I discovered I was an Asexual man when I was in uni, nearly 10 years ago. I never thought I needed any kind of "representation", I mean I suppose I look and act like a pretty stereotypical straight dude, but having Todd come out like that and it being so genuine and honest, and a thing but not a thing, it genuinely meant WAY more to me than I ever thought it would.
I'm a big boy, but Sarah Lynn's whole story makes me SOB, EVERY TIME. She may be one of the most tragic characters ever written, she NEVER stood a chance.
I realised I was Asexual around 8 years ago, having always slept with people basically just to fit in but thinking people were basically like exaggerating how much they really wanted to be sleeping with people. After realising I was actually Ace, I never thought I needed any kind of representaton in media, doesn't feel like it really mattered to me, but honestly Todd coming out in such an honest and real way, it being a thing and not a thing throughout, it honestly meant WAY more to me than I ever thought it would, something I never knew I needed.
One of the things I love the most about this show is how it treats Todd, first as comedic relief but then it takes its time to explore who he is and what he wants and needs in life. It's beautiful to see how he can have a friend like Emily as well, supportive and who likes him so much she understands the kind of person he is and is willing to stay a friend despite everything.
At first he was the shitty person who that got Sarah Lynn killed, at the end we're worried for him during his suicide attempt. The show's constant whiplash is why it's a MUST watch no matter who you are
Oh yeah, the show exquisitely handles the pacing between comedy and actual serious moments, and, across both of those, social commentary. Plus sometimes the running gags all come together like in this episode and the spaghetti. Ever's reaction to the entire episode was basically identical to mine.
You are going to love how serious Todd's arch can get. All in all, he's still gonna be Todd but he's a person too and we get a good look at what makes Todd tick. And it helped a lot of people, including me, come to terms with some things about themselves.
Yeah this show handles things like that with so much sensitivity and dignity, but doesn't pull punches either. I especially like his arc with Henry. Tear jerker!
"This is my favorite season so far", oh honey, buckle up for season 4 because things just get more wild from here lol. Won't spoil but if you know, you know lol.
Yeah, last episode's ending is definitely one of the roughest of the entire series but the confirmation she's gone hurts a whole lot here. Like you said, she isn't technically a main character but she is what holds Bojack together. She was his last memory of the only time in his life where he was seemingly happy. Definitely won't spoil anything but her death hits so much harder with the context of some reveals and flashbacks of the last few seasons
Firstly, wtf TH-cam?? I had to search your channel cause i knew you were uploading today but even if i refresh or restart the app, the video doesnt show on my subscribed feed at all. Sorry i needed to vent lol 😂 anyways, this episode really is such a roller coaster and i loved seeing you go trough every emotion haha. Also dont worry, yes Todd’s arc is about to get deep, but its Todd, so of course some shenanigans always happen haha, im just so excited for next season, its gonna be a crazy one 👌😁
The underwater dialogue-less episode is one of the best episodes throughout the entire series. The vibe was just perfect. I think it just hit hard when all the fun adventure in the end led to nothing where you or bojack couldn’t even recognize which seahorse out of the 6 was the one you were with. I watched it several times and every time it always left a serious void in me. And the letter bojack wrote to Kelsey was also beautiful and so real. I think it was not the plot that matters, it was the meaning and metaphor behind it and the sad vibe that episode was giving that made it so good and beautiful.
BH is such a great show ! Since the cat is out of the bag, Todd is indeed asexual. Bojack is right to say he is a poison. But he wasn't born that way, his life made him become dangerous to be with but you'll see, it's not his fault. It's the subject of seasons 4 and 5. It's not his fault if Penny made a move to him and blame him after for what she suffered. She's quite hypocrit about that. Same for Sarah, Bojack is an ass but he wasn't the one introducing her to a life of drugs and alcohol. My decision stands. Not guilty.
The ending of the season was about running like season 2 ending and like the advice secreteriat gave him.Running is the thing Bojack is trying to do all his life.

“Are you gay? You can tell me Todd, this isn’t the 1600’s or some places in the present “
😂😂😂

So true man...
Horses at the end symbolize what secretariat told bojack and freedom
Keep running , omg. Multiple rewatches and I’m still getting new things here and there
That Todd conversation at the end just hits sooo hard. Such a flawless representation.
It was a great cap off
Todd is probably the actual hero character of the series. He’s the person that actually has his shit together.

I love that this show is like super fucking dramatic. Then comedy so you can relax a bit afterwards. Incredible show.
I'm crying towards the end there. Beautiful art.
Glad you found the channel, thanks a ton for watching!
The conversation between Diane and Bojack made me cry, the first of 3 times
The buildup to the pasta strainer bit is so amazing
"Who is that?" Well, that's a roller-coaster of a journey ahead of you!

This show just keeps getting better and better. Truly incredible series 🤩
So far it's been wonderful...I use that term loosely 🤣

When I first started watching the show, I had no idea that it was going to have so many poignant heartfelt moments

WOO WOO WOO MORE BOJACK!! Season 3 finale!! 3 more seasons left and oh boy does it only get darker, amazing video as always Ever!!
Can't believe we're halfway there already!
It's awesome how you react to some of my favorite shows. Love the reactions.
Glad you found the channel! :D
Hooray! Character development!
What an episode... do you think s4e1 will be on yt next week or are you planning a break between seasons?
No, it won't return til mid-ish January. I'm putting the channel on a slight break. But it WILL return then, it's already recorded :)
They removed her from the intro :(
Are you planning to continue bojack? definitely my favourite reactor of this, you understand the characters and pay attention to and remember detail 👍
100% next season starts I think January 15th around there. I'll be finishing it though for sure :) thanks a ton for enjoying them!
God I can’t wait for this to continue
Great reaction!
A comment for the algorithm
Get ready for the crying season. 😂
