I'm ok with the Outer meta. I just have a tiny bit of issues with a few of the hax you gave Janemba and the conclusion. Abstract Existence (Type 1) is correct. He'd also have non-phyiscal interaction and concept manipulation btw (since he can kill/destroy abstract concepts which counts as CM) Reality Warping is correct. Immortality Negation is correct except only one type. The GT example showed Goku can't kill Frieza and Cell because they're already dead which is Type 7 Immortality. And about Soul Punisher, it got rid of the evil from Janemba rather than the very concept itself since he is made with the evil of the souls the kid got infected by. Conceptual Durability Negation I didn't see a reason for. He doesn’t really seem to have it otherwise Pikkon would've probably died. Oh yeah, you forgot Soul Manipulation as well. Portal Creation is correct. Duplication is correct. Dimensional Manipulation is something you forgot to include and that's about it. Deformation is something else you forgot to give him (basically him deforming himself like lego pieces) Janembas immortalities are iffy for me.
