A couple misconceptions here I wanna correct about ghost rider. No the one above all didn’t create ghost rider. It was Yahweh (skyfather) who created ghost rider. Holy weapons aren’t the only things that can hurt ghost rider. GR can and has been defeated before even without holy weapons such as when he had his ribs broken multiple times. Alejandra ghost rider was the one who defeated Mephisto but she was massively amped by Adam in order to do it GR can’t do anything to Mephisto without amps.
