I was listening to this sermon just hours after I stepped out of the overwhelming, expensive, and unsuccessful quest to start own ministry, and minutes after I stepped out of the shower, while cleaning my bathroom, next to a pile of dirty dishes because my kitchen is torn apart so I need to wash them in my bathtub, while my 3 young kids run amuck. Then he said it: God can find you! In the midst of serving my family, naked and unknown (sorry for tmi, but it adds to the drama!), failed at my own efforts… this is the posture of His people whom He works through! “The angels will find you wherever you are, shepherding the sheep… God is not going to let you miss your moment!” Amen!
@@teelowkee - I think there is a verse in there about being quick to listen and slow to speak, and another one about letting no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, that it might give grace to those who hear. You should try practicing those and see how your life is blessed as a result. Your comment here doesn't fit with either of those verses. The Bible talks in Acts 18 about Priscilla and Aquila teaching Apollos the way of Christ more accurately, and there is no negative comment made about it. God didn't have any problem anointing Deborah to be judge over the nation of Israel and a prophetess at the same time, and working through her to achieve military victory for Israel. I would recommend taking into account the whole counsel of scripture before trying to talk people out of their calling.
God anointed me 2004 ...it was so extreme...I've run after Him for years ..He's taught me many things ...given me many gifts ...but I'm in such a painful dark place ...everything stripped bare ...don't understand why I've such gifts ...every path I've followed became a dead end ...I feel I've given up my pursuit...please pray for me ...thankyou
