Los Vaqueros Spring Stripers has Sprung| Season 2023.

This short video is to give fishing report to those who wanted to try their luck in Los Vaqueros reservoir. The Water quality is still murky due to that non-stop storm for the past weeks. There's a stream ( runoff ) coming from the South cove, this creates muddy water all throughout SC and partially around the marina. 1K lbs Lassen trout was Planted Tuesday. Tight Lines my friends.

In California, From the DFG's measurement reg. Striped bass: Measurement should be done in inches and recorded to the nearest inch. This is a straight measurement from the lower jaw when the mouth is closed, to the tip of the tail.

He was using frozen anchovies! Make sure use magic string to tie your bait. Good luck!

Not really. I know No live bait and shrimp allowed. try calling the Marina for more info. However, anchovies seems to work good.
