Homemade Queso -
I didn't use a recipe for this, I just used roughly two parts whipping cream, one part butter, old cheddar. I thicken that with a tiny bit of cornstarch mix, then add salt and pepper to taste, garlic, parsley, a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of cayenne, a good dollop of Dijon mustard.... And I think that's about it!
