Hi Keith am I correct in thinking that Mercruiser engines are still basically Mercury engines that have been adapted to marine engines, and thank you for this video I now know what to be looking for when I scope my pistons.
@@Jimmyfisher121 Most mercruiser engines are GM car motors. If you look I have several videos on a mercruiser engine I disassembled and evaluated. Many times the risers did not get replaced in time and water gets in the engine
@@OutboardDad I may send some pics I tried earlier and the E-Mail system said to much and refused the send when I tried to send less it will not come of the first email, I am like you trying to understand the computer while the thing keeps updating so it can change everything I just learned.
