Let me just say from the outset that I am a Senior Systems Engineer for Power Beaming and Radar Applications. After watching your video, why should I ever bother to design my own power circuits ever again? Just give you guys a call, you not only steer me away from the rattle snake, but also give me sound advice for extremely good efficiency in Power Beaming and Radar Applications. Cannot ask for more than that, I am duly impressed!
ahahaha I love you guys: 3:07 "now that's ease of use" ... video showing an obviously pre-frozen 20 kg chunk of copper. Anyway, love your products. Keep rocking.
Is this filtered power or including all harmonics? What about linearity? What about the bias readjusting when changing from 1k2 to 1k8? There are lots of what about!
Please i need your opinion MRFX1k80 with 54v The power final result less of 1k. For sure Can you tell me wath is possible to hapen with this voltage ?? If the power is close or less to 1 kw with 10w input with one attenuator 10Db
@Alexander Kalish Dear Alexander, in the application note you can find the circuit layout, but I want the schematic because I'd like to simulate the circuit.
We apologize for the delay. The Delrin mounting clamp for the NI-1230 is intended for lab evaluation purposes only. NXP is putting a process in place that will make it available for evaluation and prototyping. In the meantime, please contact us at RFIndustrial@nxp.com.
Please contact RFIndustrial@nxp.com for more details on purchasing. Note that our NXP authorized distributors offer the full board, but not the stand-alone PCBs.

Does it also go down to 160M? Where can i get the board and is there a guide for tuning to 160M etc?

Where can I get the hold-down clamps shown?
EXACTLY!
Where do you buy the Delrin mounting clamp?
Do the ferrite beads (that are used in the output transformer) get hot?
What’s the drive power please??
It'll be great when they develop a 150 volt power MOS. No power supply, just isolate the AC from the RF.
230Volt too, for Europe.
You mean if I drove to Arizona with a decently-tuned mobile CB antenna I might actually get a signal? :)
What solder iron did you guys use?
Thank you for your question. The soldering product we used is a Metcal.
Hmmm 10 meter AM perhaps?
Hello, I'm a student and I'm studying HF amplifiers, could you please send me the schematic?
@Alexander Kalish Dear Alexander, in the application note you can find the circuit layout, but I want the schematic because I'd like to simulate the circuit.
Why does anyone solder these when you can clamp down?
Note the lack of a response to both questions. I called the company. They are clueless. They don’t even seem to be aware of the products they produce.

@@NXPsemi Is it available now ?
27MHz industrial heating application? I think they meant to say CB radio application lol.
Amazing Video!!
Amazing efficiency. Just not as pretty as a 4-400 glass tetrode all lit up.
Where can I purchase the PCB for FM transmission application and the mounting clamp for the transistor ?

Muito bom . transistor top
