Hi Aussie we found they do take A$ but some preferred local currency. The small Conflict Island souvenir shop had credit card facility. I think at some locations it was difficult for them to convert A$ to Kina

Hi Stephen, the cruise was from Brisbane to PNG to Brisbane. Life on board was normal with no signs of covid, I did hear rumours there were a few cases on board but everything remained normal. You need a negative RAT within 24 hours of boarding or you aren't allowed to board.(this made me nervous) Have a look at my Cruising Again video.
