In the 1960’s Mike Nelson in the famous SEAHUNT series taught me everything about the Ocean. 50 years later another great Mike is teaching me everything about farming broadacre fields. The real person, Lloyd Bridges was a legend. Mike and Ashtyn are cut from the same cloth. If you have never watched a Seahunt episode then I highly recommend it. A wonderful early television series.

Seeding lentils in that part of the province is beyond risky. Just hope the neighbours don’t start “trying” a few acres we don’t need anymore acres grown 😄. All the best for you though.
How are things back home? Have you been getting moisture? This heat coming isn’t going to be good. Thankfully we got a 5 inch rain two wks ago, it drowned out some spots but happy now it rained considering others didn’t get much. @@mikemitchell2554 I had 345 acres of reds in for 2019 and I harvested 45 of those acres at feed grade. All 300 acres of the rest were flooded and hailed out. Father in law had a pile of acres that were crop insurance claims that year too.
