Our mind is our karmic energy creating machine, stop generating the thought of clinging to the good (likes) and bad (dislikes), that's the end of unsatisfactoriness in the mundane realms. Hence, the cessation of karmic forces (dissolved and vanished). We are spirits experiencing human lives. Cheers 😊
