The Joy of Final Fantasy - my life-long love of the iconic Japanese RPG series.
In this video I will talk about Square Enix's legendary RPG series, Final Fantasy. I have been playing their games since 1998, but the series dates back to 1987 and has included 16 main-series games, several sequels and countless spin-offs.
Last year, the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series finally made it to Nintendo Switch, and so this year I reached my long-standing goal of completing every game from 1-12 (except 11 which was online, I finished 13 to make up for it).
So today I'll give you my closing thoughts on games 1 to 6, what I want to do next, and introduce you to an old friend.

You have inspired me to play 1-6 as I have only ever done 4. Totally agree with the comments about 5. Going back to 8 recently was hard too as that can be quite complicated to finish unless you get the remastered version with the random encounters turned off. Same with 9 the remastered release with speed up is key otherwise it is a slog. Would also love to play 10 again, I never beat the secret boss but accumulated almost 300 hours in that game. Would be good to hear your thoughts on each Pokemon game

Thanks for the comment, glad to hear you are inspired and good luck! The experience and money multipliers made it a lot less painless, thankfully! I wish I had a Gil multiplier on FF7 😢
Pokemon is an interesting idea, I don’t know why I never thought about it despite playing all of them from the GBA advance era onwards (and Blue!). I’ll see if I have anything interesting to say about it 😂
