I agree! On it's own, it's a cute outfit that looks awesome, but as umbran battle armor (as the previous two outfits were called) it's really impractical in-universe as well as visually cluttered for the player
For my personal experience I have a hate/hate relationship, with hellena's voice and og 3d model it could turn out to be a love/hate relationship. The thing is sadly the story can't be changes and that sucks ass
I finally figured out what was happening at 42-50 seconds cause I was genuinely confused on what angle or position she was doing in the air coming down
Purple is my fav color but everything about the Witch of Gensis isnt all to my liking. Bayo 2 is still best for me. The outfit, the haircut, her blue guns
in my opinion, here is what she should've said at 1:16 "I can't believe Rodin even gave me these cheap toys." "This is the last time I'm playing with these toys." "Why did I even think these cheap toys would last?" "No wonder they were so cheap."
@@GaioMare system constraints my ass. Platinum really dropped after bayo 3. Bayo 1 and 2 run on the same hardware. Granted that the game has really big maps compared to bayo1 and 2, they really fucked up the model.

Bayo 1’s and 2’s designs make all her leg attacks look so clean. Bayo 3’s skirt and braid sash visual clutters her legwork.

Her legs are also slightly shorter in 3 as well so that probably has something to do with it.

Bayo 3's expressions are a lot more... *spirited.* I prefer her Amethyst Moon look with the old face model.

I think they wanted something more realistic and it looks SO ugly, they changed the face model AND body proportions for that reason
They changed it to be more expressive. Indeed it is more expressive, but at what cost😔
