  • For an explanation of the HC12's AT Commands & sample code check out my website: blackfalconelectronics.com/hc...
Upon researching a better wireless unit to replace my NRF24L01, I came across this handy HC 12, which is capable of reaching 851 feet in optimal conditions. In less than optimal conditions it gives out a satisfactory range of 500+ feet!
In this video I show how I hooked everything up as well as give a range test proving its usefulness in connecting distant units. I plan to use this in future projects as its programming is straight forward and easy to use. Here is the full PDF manual for advanced programming (the .PDF file is also in my website): www.elecrow.com/download/HC-1...

Great! I want to use This Module with multipchannel.. it means that I want to make many transmitters to one receiver. how can I do ? Can you explain me?

Good morning Khmer! I'll have a video discussing HC-12 hookup and coding within the next two days. Be on the lookout! :)

How is it possible to use one HC12 module as transmitter and send data to multiple HC12 as receivers?

Nice video! I have encountered a problem where i cannot get more than 4m range with HC12 modules with small spring type antenna which was enclosed in the module, I did tried all the settings but no luck! Appreciate any help.

The spring type antenna is not ideal for long range commnication. A better idea would be to use an antenna with a pigtail adapter such as this one: HIGHFINE 2 x 2.4GHz 6dBi Indoor... www.amazon.com/dp/B01KBU61S8?ref=yo_pop_ma_share

This antena you posted a link is for 2.4Ghz the module is 433MHz. You Will get much better results if you use a optimized antena for 433 MHz . I tested it with a homemade antena (1/4 lambda) using just a wire pointing to the SKY and I got 1.4 km. The wire antennaI did was calculated based in the exact channel I used (channel1) and the size was 17.3 cm. This means that if you solder a rigid wire with 17.3 cm high in both modules and use channel 1 you Will get very good results.

Hi I finish my project to have an RC plane control through my phone Bluetooth the HC06+Nano +HC12 (transmitter) and in the receiver side Hc12+Nano +servo 3nis+esc+brushless motor. But I have slight interference and don't know how to eliminate.

I honestly believe it would be better to use a Rx/Tx designed for RC plane flight as its less likely to encounter interference and range problems. Interference issues could cause significant safety concerns, so I strongly advise you to not your current setup unless you're using your RC plane for close range/low altitude flight.

Great! I have had no luck with module...probably chinees !! Would you please post the link where you bought yours?

Here's the link to the HC-12 I purchased: amzn.to/2IyvKLZ This may be Chinese as well, so perhaps you received a bad product.

Sadly you can't, though if you hook up an arduino with a voice recorder/ voice recorder with playback you can.

how was the distance range? the one I bought same as u but the range is just 10feets .so terrible the distance

From this video I achieved around 500 feet, however, I will have a video up in a few weeks that explains how to increase that distance further.

It should come with the board. If not, maybe get your boards from a more reliable seller.
