I just saw this video in my recommendation list and watched and then saw your question. I’ll share with you what I usually do with my recipe. I make a big tray and keep in the fridge so that I can reheat a slice each time whenever I feel like having some. Either microwave or steam or even to reheat. Great for busy people.
Oooh taste so good, so much better than outside yam cake where you just got to taste the flour only. Hardly any yam at all in the yam cake.

Way too much taro. And too little rice flour. Might as well just steam taro and eat why bother to add that bit of rice flour?
