The thing I just noticed is that, maybe the nature of Savathuun’s disguise allowed her to be somewhat honest. She was still deceiving us thus feeding her worm, but maybe some of the dialogue she gave as Osiris is truthful.
I just now realized that 1 scorn surviving out of many and then speaking with many voices is a direct parallel to the Witness' origin.
And the crown of sorrow is a miniature veil as well that caused the merger.

I'm still sad they memory holed all the interesting parts of Lakshmi's story because they needed an anti-Fallen character for one season. After becoming an Exo she was only rebooted once, meaning she saw the Collapse firsthand. Now that Bungie know what they want to do with the Witness, we could've had a really interesting perspective on it, but nope!

I feel like Osiris should be an honourable mention rather then a actual contender, sure he has a bunch of impressive feats, but he's currently lightless, and unless Sagira gets revived in Final Shape somehow he's going to be lightless forever

I saw a quote recently, “ God sees through our eyes, and we see through his”. This sounds nuts but think of paracausal entities that are side by side but not able to be seen or understood. The entities share like how our body is made of the universe but isn’t the universe but is expanding and breaking down and sharing with and expanding reality. Blossoming like a flower, the universe is a garden. The devil isn’t a bad guy because it is part of god. The bad and good/ the light and darkness are one and the same. God and man, man and god are one and the same, sharing. That’s why the details of the universe reflect the differences of gods, there is no one god, it’s all sharing. Death isn’t the end but another beginning. Imagine when you shed all the particles and completely become a different version of you over time, no different than printing a different version and ending the old but the difference is the sharing. You don’t notice when it’s sharing but a big change would be noticeable, too many differences altered at once and shock could happen and you can’t put the puzzle pieces together. Too many differences to understand. So the forms are shared and nothing is truly destroyed or created, it’s shared.
