I absolutely love the YSL lip product! I've got the stain in no12 and I use it EVERY day! Leaves my lips moist for hours, as always, absolutely love your work, I learn so much and it's so relaxing to watch

I started taking vitamin d3 because my doctor told me my levels should be higher but they make me gain weight and I get bloated on my whole body!!! Also I never noticed any difference taking B12. It might be the brands that I took that were bad? Will start soon with magnesium.
Sandra Barbieri How much magnesium do you take? I had thyroid cancer 8 years ago (My thyroid was totally removed) and I have bad muscle pain almost constantly. In fact, was diagnosed with fibro myalgia. Can it be that simple? I do take vital D3 bc mine is chronically low. Thanks
Deborah Praha Blackmores is a good brand and well respected in Australia. They are a bit pricier but they don't use the cheap fillers that other companies do. Cheers.

Magnesium and B12 supplements. I take them everyday! I have Thyroid Disease so they really help. D3 will help with your immune system as well.
