It’s such an interesting dynamic to see a character like Elijah who was basically the dad figure/older brother for 1,000 plus years and then give him an older sibling that’s arguably even more protective than he is lol. I love how he trusted her before anyone else in the beginning, and then as they grew closer you see how alike they are.
