i agree with the 250cc expressway legal sir zac.. 250cc are powerfull enough to be there.. i lived in America and my first bike is ninja250r.. it has decent power for freeway ride & passing.. perfect for daily commute to work..

Saw this in GSIS Pasay and the owner is a Filipino along with his kid withdrawing from an ATM at Landbank. The scoot sounded like an ordinary scoot and the scoot doesn't had that wow image as the GS.
imho thats a plus if you want something nice and somewhat low-key on two wheels and as a sportbike/dualsport enthusiast, I really see the appeal of maxi scooters
I agree with the 250cc. My XMAX 300 is weighing almost 190 kgs just the motorcycle alone with some light cargo in the Ubox. I highly doubt that wind pressure caused by trucks and cars can sweep my bike away.
Actually po one time before the Global Pandemic arose to harm us, I was driving a van going to exit at Luisita, Tarlac SCTEX. Voila! Yamaha XMax300 with a loud exhaust muffler, passing by to exit also to Tarlac from the SCTEX, I was sure it was a XMax 300 because I had test-ridden one before, courteousy of a friend here in our province. The Scooter I saw made the exit at the toll without anyone checking nor reprimanding the rider and the bike.

it's just not about power, needs to be also heavy, cos the wind burst made by big trucks and buses also are factors to consider.
