Thoroughly enjoyed that. I’ve been using the same unit fir a little over a year as I learn to weld. It’s not been without failure but the machine has done everything I’ve asked of it. Glad you enjoyed it, slowly catching up with your Land Rover Renovations. Good luck if you try to weld Birmabright! think its pretty weldable, but has magnesium content so maybe something like 5356 filler wire - but I'm no expert on aluminium.

Hi. With ck torch did you get. I need a lighter torch. However I'm worried about the connections for the gas connection and foot pedal?
Does control socket works also in MMA mode? Is it possible to hook up welding remote control for stick welding as well?
Juts tried it, seems like only the panel control works in MMA mode, pedal socket is disabled
