I wasn't trying to say this is bad way do it. It's the actual proper way to do it. The facility I work at is very busy and open 24 hrs so we gotta get things up as soon as possible. Awesome video for sure. Nice to see it done another way
Way to many steps and that has to be the cleanest accuglide I have ever seen, also where are the 5 managers complaining about why it`s taking so long to get running.
This is a way to do it but where we work we replace the chain and driver pad in lean than 20 mins. This is the long, unnecessary roller take out to get it done.
You didn’t mitre the drive pad. If you don’t the pad will peel off going round the drive sprockets. Also the nut on the adjuster is there for a reason to keep off the spring tension whilst working on chain and ready to set chain length.

Honestly i did this few times easiest way for me was slowly run motor to get chain thru , then do same with driver pad.

Couldn't you use a vfd to slowly let the motor pull in the new chain? We do that for padded chain units. Never tried it on an accuglide.
