On an extremely cold day -15C I captured some footage of a frozen lake Østensjøvannet. It was so cold that I need to run for a while to keep me warm. I slipped and fell two times on the slppery surface.
Østensjøvannet is a scenic lake and protected nature reserve in Oslo, Norway, known for its rich biodiversity and over 200 bird species, making it a prime spot for birdwatching. A 4.5 km walking trail surrounds the lake, offering a peaceful escape for walkers, joggers, and cyclists.
