It’s crazy everyone there was responsible for each others deaths. Gus killed Victor, orchestrated Bolsa’s death, and set the twins up for their deaths Hector kills Gus, Tyrus, and himself
"And you know what else, Hector? I put YOU in that chair." ~ most satisfying line ever. R.I.P. Ignacio "Nacho" Varga, a good man at heart who just fell in with a bad crowd.
You think a man happens to fall into that chair? No it was Ignacio! He orchestrated it! You think this is bad? This Chicanery? He blew up a Pollos Hermanos! And he gets to be a gangster?? What a sick joke! I should've stopped him when I had the chance and you.. You have to..
Nacho's storyline is so tragic. His fate is the opposite of Jesse's. - Jesse survived but lost all his loved ones. - Nacho lost his life but managed to save his papa. At least Nacho went out on his own terms.
I wonder if in “Breaking Bad” if Gus saw a little Varga within Jesse Pinkman. Of Course he used him all the same but he treated him better. He didn’t use fear. And of course Mike took a liking to Jesse. Gus noticing this probably is what encourages a different method.
So Nacho is able to get the piece of glass because he finds it in the trash can after Gus accidentally broke a glass cup last episode. Its crazy how much everything ties together.
When I heard the season's double premiere titles were "Wine & Roses" and "Carrot & Stick," I absolutely feared for Nacho's life in that second episode, but this is one that puts him through the ringer. Legendary character, legendary performance. Pour one out for the guy. ❤️
This was such a badass way to end Nacho's story. And I think my favorite Mike line from both shows is when hes talking to him about his dad. And Mike says "Anyone who goes after him will have to come through me."
Something really interesting to point out, is that Nacho’s death not only it’s impactful; but also is the last middle finger he gives to everyone witnessing his death, because he died by his own accords. The twins died at the hands of Hank and after one of them survived, he was poisoned by Mike. Bolsa was murdered by Gus’s men. Victor had his throat sliced by Gus Gus and Tyrus exploded with Hector with an explosion made by Walter, and even Hector agreed to died by doing Walt’s plan. And finally Mike, who was killed by Walter White. Nobody except for Nacho died by his own terms and were killed by someone else. Simply brilliant
16:45 In a previous episode Gus broke a drinking glass out at the chicken farm office and put it in the garbage can. The same room Nacho was in before being taken to the Salamancas.
In the opening scene, where the rain was falling on the glass in the soil, wasn't it shown in a very early episode with a flower growing out it? Perhaps it was foretelling Nachos fate, and perhaps his grave site.
I honestly think Nachos speech to Hector was more thrilling and impactful than Walter’s speech. Something about the emotion he’d shown just sold it for me.
Sad Nacho died but at least he died on his own terms knowing his father is safe. We were hoping Nacho would get out of crime but I think we all knew he wouldn’t. He got in deeper and even if the Cartel weren’t after him and let him go and Gus had no further use for him, Gus would never let him go as a loose end who knows too much. I liked when Nacho stared at Gus to toy with him as a little revenge and Nacho’s confession to Hector is important as that’s why Gus was able to control Nacho in the first place. Nacho got the piece of glass from the bin after Gus accidentally knocked a glass cup over. Nacho’s confession to Hector and him not running at Victor and dying on his own terms is him taking back control.
"Just wanted to hear your voice... Adios, Papa." Me, at this episode's final scene when this originally aired: Yells out loud, "Nooooooooooo!!!@#$%%#@!@#$#@!!!!" Then I balled like a fucking baby. Now when I watch it, it's about the same. I just don't yell quite so loud, and I cry a little less. Legend. Beautiful
The way the normally stone cold, poker face’d Gus just barely flinches at nacho shooting himself in the side of the head, gave me the flashbacks of him seeing his best friend Max dying the same way at that poolside. That short shot of him just barely reacting just added so much depth to me. Although Nacho is not anywhere near close to Gus as Max , you can just hardly tell that that shot triggered that moment and memory for him.
Pour one out for my boy Nacho. He really was a good guy just caught up in bad decisions. I feel sorry for his dad. His son did right by protecting his dad till the end.
I think something funny next for a palate cleanser. Something completely different. Like Fleabag. It is only two short seasons. Or Around the World in 80 Days. Just something less intense.
So sad when Nacho calls his Dad not knowing if he will make it back to the US or not before being caught. Trying to say goodbye to his Dad but not being able to.
As sad as Nacho’s death was, he was definitely the only one out of everyone in that scene who actually had a good death, and was the only one who truly won in the end. Nacho’s father ended up safe and sound, meaning Nacho got at least one thing he wanted, and even got to give everyone a well-founded piece of Nacho’s mind. Michael Mando, the actor for Nacho, summed it up perfectly, that everyone in that scene was a dead man walking, but Nacho being the only one of the scene who broke good, was the only one who went out on his own terms, fulfilling what he wanted. Everyone else? They eventually died in absolute disgrace because of the choices they continued to make, and everything they sent out to do ended in failure, including Gus, and including Mike as well. The funniest thing is that little did any of them know that Nacho indirectly planted the seeds to give Hector the perfect instrument to kill Gus too! If Nacho didn’t put him in the wheelchair, Gus wouldn’t have that deep of a position of power over Hector, and we know how things went for Hector from that point on. While at the same time, Hector’s wheelchair gave him the perfect window/cover to kill Gus for good, which Gus underestimated and didn’t anticipate, because he enjoyed having the position of power over Hector. Ultimately, even from beyond the grave, Nacho had the last laugh over Gus. Gus’ own Bad Choice road caught up with him just like everyone else in both shows. Everything Gus put Nacho through finally caught up with him.
Nacho lost and I don't know why so many people praises him for his last speach, in his universe (BB/BCS) he basically gives all the reasons for Salamanca familly to go after his father and (maybe) everyone close to him. (Salamancas are crazy and they don't f around) And what he's got as guarantee that his father will be ok? - promise from Mike? or Gus? cmon He is dead, powerless and all he got is a word from dudes that already have played him, Bad bargain. There is no way to think that Nachos father won't get punished (sooner or later) for what Nacho said before his death - what Gus is going to do? have paid bodygurad protecting the father 24/7? And if so and Salamancas will find out, how Gus is going to explain it? Big L for Nacho
“Everyone else we know is alive, only Nacho dies” Michael Mando actually pointed out that everyone at the meeting, including Mike, dies at some point in Breaking Bad. It’s just dead men walking watching the first one go.
It’s so weird that everybody surrounding Nacho will eventually die in breaking bad. It’s like - Nacho: I maybe dying now, but I’ll see all of you sons of bitches on the other side. 😂

Michael Mando (Nacho) said his final scene was a lot of dead men watching the first one of them die (as everyone in that scene dies in Breaking Bad)
It’s crazy everyone there was responsible for each others deaths.
Gus killed Victor, orchestrated Bolsa’s death, and set the twins up for their deaths
Hector kills Gus, Tyrus, and himself
@@VandelYeIndustries Except for Mike. Walt was the one responsible for that one.
@@crossfusion1233True but Mike was the only one with distance between them so maybe there's something there 😅
NACHO IS A REAL ONE. ABSOLUTELY LEGENDARY CHARACTER. Hearts out for Ignacio :,(
"And you know what else, Hector? I put YOU in that chair." ~ most satisfying line ever. R.I.P. Ignacio "Nacho" Varga, a good man at heart who just fell in with a bad crowd.

The glass that Nacho obtained was from the trash can. Gus had broken it in the previous episode.
NEVER NOTICED THAT
Yeah and he missed/forget the cold open of this episode. I guess he saw and made the connection in the editing after tho
Nacho's storyline is so tragic. His fate is the opposite of Jesse's.
- Jesse survived but lost all his loved ones.
- Nacho lost his life but managed to save his papa.
At least Nacho went out on his own terms.
watching this live was one of the most intense things I have ever seen. One of the best episodes in the whole breaking bad universe
you watched it live?? What... were you in the studio audience when they filmed it?
@@nooneofconsequence1251 oh brother this guy stinks
That episode hurt so much back when it aired. It still does. I mean, it was magnificently done in every way, but it's still such a tragic story.
pretty soon will come the saddest death in the whole series for me however, cant wait to watch that one again
nacho died but he essentially went blow for blow with every salamanca member and almost came out on top. even Gus only got even, Nacho *WON*
I wonder if in “Breaking Bad” if Gus saw a little Varga within Jesse Pinkman. Of Course he used him all the same but he treated him better. He didn’t use fear. And of course Mike took a liking to Jesse. Gus noticing this probably is what encourages a different method.

One of the best episodes for sure
Nacho's death reminds me of Walter White in a way since they both left the world on their own terms unlike most of the characters in these shows
one of my favorite episodes. Nachos speech gives me chills everytime
This was such a badass way to end Nacho's story. And I think my favorite Mike line from both shows is when hes talking to him about his dad. And Mike says "Anyone who goes after him will have to come through me."
This season is the final season for a reason, Nacho was the man 🔥💯
Something really interesting to point out, is that Nacho’s death not only it’s impactful; but also is the last middle finger he gives to everyone witnessing his death, because he died by his own accords.

Mike really is a badass but he’s got one weakness, a high school chemistry teacher with cancer
16:45 In a previous episode Gus broke a drinking glass out at the chicken farm office and put it in the garbage can. The same room Nacho was in before being taken to the Salamancas.
That monolog from Nacho is so good! Michael Mando is really underrated, he's been a favourite of mine ever since Far Cry 3.
One of my favorite episodes/scenes in this show. RIP Nacho. What a character and the acting was just phenomenal
this episode is just ‘wow’. Loved Nacho, he might have one of the most depressing stories in the universe
In the opening scene, where the rain was falling on the glass in the soil, wasn't it shown in a very early episode with a flower growing out it? Perhaps it was foretelling Nachos fate, and perhaps his grave site.
Lots of great performances in this show and BB, but damn Nacho's last scene goes up there as one of the best. Michael Mando absolutely nailed it.
What a freakin' episode, masterpiece of TV. Nacho you'll be missed.
Mando was so amazing in this episode.
"Fear roll" is hilarious lol
I honestly think Nachos speech to Hector was more thrilling and impactful than Walter’s speech. Something about the emotion he’d shown just sold it for me.
Nacho straight up got a shitty microwavable chicken dinner as a last meal from the guy who owns a restaurant renown for its fried chicken.
RIP nacho. Great character
Another son Mike couldn't save.
Nacho could’ve never went to the police… his dad would be as good as dead. RIP Nacho, amazing character ❤️ eye candy of the show is gone now
Among the most gangster deaths of ALL time
I remember having the ending being spoiled and I was so upset
When I saw the broken glass, I knew 😢
Such an iconic speech from Nacho
Sad Nacho died but at least he died on his own terms knowing his father is safe.
We were hoping Nacho would get out of crime but I think we all knew he wouldn’t. He got in deeper and even if the Cartel weren’t after him and let him go and Gus had no further use for him, Gus would never let him go as a loose end who knows too much.

R.I.P my boy Nacho
Nacho's death was inevitable. Short of abandoning his dad and taking off... there really was no way out for him.
"Just wanted to hear your voice... Adios, Papa." Me, at this episode's final scene when this originally aired: Yells out loud, "Nooooooooooo!!!@#$%%#@!@#$#@!!!!" Then I balled like a fucking baby. It's funny how you said "we know all those guys are ALIVE except Nacho".. seeing as all those guys are DEAD in that scene in present time
I assume he meant at the start of breaking bad
@DC3328 well yes, obviously.. that doesn't change my comment tho....
Was wondering where this one was!
RIP my guy nacho 😭
The way the normally stone cold, poker face’d Gus just barely flinches at nacho shooting himself in the side of the head, gave me the flashbacks of him seeing his best friend Max dying the same way at that poolside.

First time my jaw dropped watching a show
Be it Nacho or be it Vaas Michael Mando's performance is just spectacular
I just wish Nacho had gone to the DEA and/or explained to his father that he was in too deep and they both had to run or they would be killed.
I hope you’ll consider watching Mr. Robot and The Sopranos, after finishing Better Call Saul
Legendary recommendations
Praise be that michael mando shower scene. They bless us before breaking our hearts

What an episode!
Gotta watch the movie "The Extraction" 1 and 2
such a good speech ✊
“Everyone else we know is alive, only Nacho dies”
Michael Mando actually pointed out that everyone at the meeting, including Mike, dies at some point in Breaking Bad. It’s just dead men walking watching the first one go.
Rip the goat nacho
Sad to see Nacho go what a great character to see on screen & what a fantastic actor also great reaction as always as well 👍🏻
saul said ignacio and lalo in breaking bad
Nacho's ending really hurt. A great character. I wanted better.
It’s so weird that everybody surrounding Nacho will eventually die in breaking bad.

We know they dont know. Dramatic irony ;)
You are watching sopranos after better call Saul right?
