(1/n)Translation🔄🔤 below. Please pardon any mistake. 🙏You are welcome to point out any corrections. (Invocation to Lord Ganesh) *Vakra-Tunndda Maha-Kaaya* *Suurya-Kotti Samaprabha |* *Nirvighnam Kuru Me Deva* *Sarva-Kaaryessu Sarvadaa ||* First of all my Obeisance to the Divine Power that resides within you. Adiguru Shankaracharya ji, who wrote many strotra(ode/eulogy or a hymn or praise) on Veda, Puran,Nyay, Vimansa, Grammer, Education, Kalpa Shastra, on six Shastra, (and) on Vedanta. He wrote many kind of commentaries. Out of all those Strotra, there is a Strotra which is coined as *Moha Mudagar,* two Strotra are made one in that. It's known as Bhaj Govindam to larger section of society. In the coming few days I will try to comment/elaborate on Bhaj Govindam. It is a very beautiful Strotra that enhances one's knowledge (wisdom). It is very dear to me. So everyday we will comment on 4 to 5 couplets (shlok) . It has total of 32 couplets. Let's start. *bhaja govindaṃ bhaja govindaṃ* *govindaṃ bhaja mūḍhamate |* *samprāpte sannihite kāle marane* *nahi nahi rakśhati ḍukriṅkaraṇe ‖ 1 ‖* He (Adi Shankaracharya) says chant Govind's name. Every second that is available to you, chant his name. Because later on, you won't get time to do it(chant Lord's name). Why a person doesn't find time? Because the person is busy. In something or somewhere He is busy. But for whom is He busy. Some are busy for themselves. Some are busy for their near and dear ones and some for the society. He(the person) is either fulfilling his desire or his own people's desires. He is busy in that. He is so busy that there is no time to chant Govind's name( Lord's name). The one who gave this body this consciousness and this life. The one who created the whole creation, provided food to eat and cloths to wear. He ( Human being) don't want to remember that Lord's name ( who gave him all this). He just want to be in worry in relation to his own life. So, Shankaracharya ji writes the one who don't chant Govind's name is a foolish mind. Because time is ticking away. Even animals take care of one self and one's near and dear one's. What is so special in that? Nothing. *samprāpte sannihite kāle marane* *nahi nahi rakśhati ḍukriṅkaraṇe ‖* When one's end time will come, time of death, at that time those whom you refer to as ur own won't be able to go with you. Possibility is, that one will not want to go. And even if anyone wants to go they won't be able to go. That journey (of death) you have to do alone. They say two journeys are done alone, no one can accompany you. First is of Death and second is of Self-Realization. If you die after death what is the use of that death. If you die while leaving then u r a jeevan mukta ( free of worldly desires) *samprāpte sannihite kāle marane* *nahi nahi rakśhati ḍukriṅkaraṇe ‖* Dukrinkaran is a metal in sanskrit. So, the sources and resources using which you lived ur whole life and for those, for whom u lived ur whole life. At the time of death, even if u call those people with merciful voices when you are full of fear of death, how much ever restless, you call out to your dear one's, they won't come with you. That's why, Shankaracharya ji says, don't waste ur life. This is the opinion of Great Sages and Scriptures. *bhaja govindaṃ bhaja govindaṃ* *govindaṃ bhaja mūḍhamate |* *samprāpte sannihite kāle* *nahi nahi rakśhati ḍukriṅkaraṇe ‖ 1 ‖* But chanting Lord's name doesn't mean you go to the temple with a bell! Govind's Chanting means the one who imbibe the values that Lord Govind(Krishna) stands for. *Govindo-Govidaam-mati* (written as understood while translation) The one who Pierce through the senses, He is Govind. If you don't have surrender in ur life and can't chant (Lord's name) Hare Krishna Hare Krishna ( humbly) then at least have control (over your senses) Understand ur Senses ( 'Go' of Govindam) ,know them.. That is the chanting one should indulge in. If you can't indulge in outside chanting ( Hare Krishna) then indulge in inward chanting (know and understand ur senses) Outside chanting will take you to the inward world and understanding the senses will incline u towards outward chanting. Both will become one when 'that' understanding dawns. *mūḍha jahīhi dhanāgamatṛśhṇāṃ* *kuru sadbuddhim manasi vitṛśhṇām |* *yallabhase nija karmopāttaṃ* *vittaṃ tena vinodaya chittam ‖ 2 ‖* He says (Adi Shankaracharya ji) the one who is fool, ignorant and is dwelling into material world. That person's time goes into matter of money or related to money. He lives in this worry whole life and dies due to this worry at the end. *mūḍha jahīhi dhanāgamatṛśhṇāṃ* He is desiring more, more and more money to fulfill his desires. Just the way, how much ever one's desire gets fulfilled but are never ending, same way how much ever money comes ur way, it will feel less anyways. So the one who is a fool, ignorant and tied to the senses, under the control of fulfilling one's desire. That person gets consumed by these desire for whole life. idam adya maya labdham imam prapsye manoratham idam astidam api me bhavisyati punar dhanam *(C16V13)* Those who are steeped deeply in to sense of - pride/anger/ignorance; always delves in worrying about money incessantly, desiring money to come in, from various modes/resources or wishing his many desires to get fulfilled. He get himself consumed with these desires. *yallabhase nijakarmopaattaM* *vittaM tena vinodaya chittam(2)* Oh fool ! Be content with what comes through actions already performed in the past(Prarabdha Karna). If Lord's Grace is upon you, contentment is bestowed upon one. In absence of such grace contentment can't be experienced. *Ya Devi Sarvabhuteshu Tushthi* *Rupane Sansthita..* Oh Maa, it's You who dwells in the form of contentment in all beings. So, Shankaracharya ji writes.. *"yallabhase nijakarmopaattaM"* based on your karma( of past lives) one's prarabdha(fruit or challenges that one is supposed to bear in present life) is decided. Whatever one is receiving as per that be content with it. In brief, I would like to repeat what i have said in the past. It's not that you should not be putting efforts to progress in your life, in material world, that is. I mean to imply that it's very important to be content by the the results you get from the efforts you made. One must try and keep advancing in life but it's v imp. to be content in what one gets.Thats is called contentment. *naariistanabhara naabhiideshaM* *dRishhTvaa maagaamohaavesham.* *etanmaaMsaavasaadi vikaaraM* *manasi vichintaya vaaraM vaaram(3)* First and foremost, Shankaracharya ji said, chant Lord's name (imbibing his quality) as that will be the only refugee (in the last moment of one's life) If one doesn't understand by this then He says.. The money that you are after, stay content with that (with what you get) Most Human being makes effort for making money. The one who tries to rise above money gets entangled in matter of attachment. So this is the third verse. *naariistanabhara naabhiideshaM* The one who is seeing the beauty of a woman and has been enchanted by the looks of her. And wants to indulge in pleasure by seeing the form of a woman. *etanmaaMsaavasaadi vikaaraM* See how foolish is He! He does not want to observe that it is a distraction of body. If skin is peeled off of a body, then can you indulge in the pleasure of what is left now(of the body)? But you don't wish to go into such deep contemplation. By being under the spell of sense pleasure, you just want to live life in sense pleasure and consider life - as just means of such enjoyment! I am reminded of an incident. Once there was a virtuous Mendicant; He goes to a village for his alms. He is new to that village, and knocks on a door. The house is of a courtesan, the courtesan herself comes out to provide the saint with alms. She observes the brilliance of that saint and saint observe the beauty of that lady. So, the saint forget his Dharma and karma (ones prescribed duty as per one's natural occupation) and gets attracted to this courtesan. He says I don't want alms of food. If you want to offer me alms then give me your body (to indulge with her). That courtesan thinks what a brilliant saint he is. She thinks to herself- How can he be waywarded from his path, can't comprehend if He is testing me or Lord is testing him(the saint) through me! So she says right now I am in my monthly cycle. Please come after seven days I shall give you your alms ( of pleasure). The saint leaves from there happily. The courtesan goes in the house, she stays with her mother. She says to her mother, mother for seven days I shall remain in my roomroom, I won't eat, will take only water for seven days. After seven days this saint will come back, send him to me. Also, please arrange for me big vessels of silver along with silk cloths. Her mother assumes that the Saint must have said such a thing to her. She (her mother)arranges all these things for her. The courtesan calls for a barber and He comes. She asks the Barber to shave her hair. She had beautiful hair till her ankle. The barber gets perplexed on hearing this and says are you joking with me, women die for such beautiful hair and you are asking me to shave them off? She says no I need to save a saint for that it is a very small prize to pay.
(2/n) Please shave these hair off and put the hair in that big silver vessel lying there and cover it with silk cloth. In other vessel she collects all that she defecates and covers with the silk cloth. And the third vessel she collects the urine and cover with another silk cloth. And in another silver vessel she instigate vomit with her finger in mouth and vomits out everything and cover with a silver cloth. For seven days she neither baths nor cleanse and hence collects all the dirt of the body in another silver vessel and covers that as well. On the other side that saint who is in deep thinking of that courtesan and of the pleasures day and night. He forgets his daily duties and practices, of chanting & worshiping. This is called downfall. When a person drops from his state in such a way that a unfitting deed also appear befitting to him. And even though he aspires but still doesn't want to pursue the correct deed. This is called downfall. After seven days he knocks on the door and her mother opens the door and says oh sage! She is waiting for you inside. She hasn't steped out for seven days. Don't what kind of spell you have casted on her. The saint is filled with joy. He goes in and sees the courtesan is sitting in a veil. Seeing this he feels even more happy. And all the more happy when he sees the silver vessels lying there. And the saint says, I have come now. It's time for my alms now. The courtesan says oh saint... I have prepared myself for you for seven days. You asked for my body in alms. I have prepared it. The lady says oh saint please uncover each vessel lying there you will know my form as you see them. The saint gets very astonished. But follows her instructions and does as she says. The moment he uncovers first cloth he sees so many hairs and gets confused. Then he uncovers second and third vessel and encounters excess foul odor of defecation and urine. He sees the dirt of body on uncovering the forth vessel. He says what kind of appalling joke is this? Who are you? When she unveil herself the saint gets fearful looking at her face. There is no hair on the head no luster on face. For seven days she didn't eat anything. She has reduced in health and beauty. The saint asked who are you? Where is that lady I met seven days ago. She said, that's me. You asked me for my body/form, I have laid it all out (in vessels) for you. This is my body, oh saint... When all this was on and in my body I looked beautiful to you but not now. It strikes the saint and he asked the lady for forgiveness. He says oh Mother please forgive me, I had Waywarded from my path. She says I didn't dismiss you looking at your brilliance on your face. Looking at you I felt I had to save you. So there are two things to pay attention in this story. First, that Shankaracharya ji writes, *etanmaaMsaavasaadi vikaaraM* *manasi vichintaya vaaraM vaaram* Oh Foolish mind, contemplate on this. That which you are attracted by, are the distraction of body. What is the nature of this body that you are being attracted to... If one sees how ones body is formed. There are crores of pores in the body. Dirt comes out of that pores. If the women you are attracted to if she vomits on you how will you feel? And another thing to pay attention to is...The one who is truly is a tapasvi (who does penance), the Lord takes care of him anyways. Lord won't let him fall from his place (of sadhana/ austerity) and the one who is aware of his state of mind constantly, he does not become reason for his own downfall. And if he falls from his place (of equanimity) he was then never a yogi in first place. *naliniidalagata jalamatitaralaM* *tadvajjiivitamatishayachapalam* *viddhi vyaadhyabhimaanagrastaM* *lokaM shokahataM cha samastam(4)* Shankaracharya ji writes just the way when a drop of water is dropped on Lotus petal, it barley rests on the petal for a moment. Same way live too is very restless, very momentary. Awarenss of this fact does not dawn on one easily. But pick any of your picture🖼️, ten or fifteen years ago and compare it with a pic of today. Can you remember what all you did in 15 years? If I ask you to write down everything you did in past 15 years then it will take you 1 half hours or maximum 15 hours to write everything. The gist of 15 years (of ur life) in 15 hours! So, the time went so fast. The value of 15 years lies in 15 hours. Thats all? Contemplate on this. So, Shankaracharya ji writes what is there in this world? Wherever you look one find either one is struck with greif, sadness or disease. There is no forth thing. In your life till now, think of how many happy people did you come across? Happy with their own life, with themselves, or with society. Most of the human beings are grief- stricken. Grief comes when something goes away or when we dont get the desired object. *gatasun agatasums ca* *nanusocanti panditah(C2V11)* Lord Krishna says to Arjuna *asocyan anvasocas tvam* *prajna-vadams ca bhasase* You don't know anything and doing such tall talks... That, who is wise who is a Yogi who is in state of surrender and settled in bhav of my Bhakti don't lament neither for someones arrival or departure (i.e. neither the living nor the dead.) If there is no expectation, half of your grief will be finished. If something is not yours then how can it stays with you. If that grief is not there than your whole grief will be finished. If you resolve the afflictions of mind then sickness of the body won't have much effect. And they ( disease of the body) will reduce.
(3/n) If you get over the sadness (in one's mind), you would have taken care of the biggest affliction. Then you can be called healthy and call yourself as a healthy person. Till the time you are struck with pride, till then you are not healthy but diseased. *yaavadvittopaarjana saktaH* *staavannija parivaaro raktaH.* *pashchaajjiivati jarjara dehe* *vaartaaM pRichchhati ko-api na gehe(5)* When we are reading the verses of Bhaj Govindam. It is seems like they are written down just like that but it is not so! First, the knowledge of chanting Lord's name (imbibing His quality inwardly and chanting outwardly) is given, which reminds one if death. The one who remembers the death his art of living is beautiful. If that is not understood then He talked about Money, which wealth are you running after whatever is written in your karma is what you will get and then He directed one towards his sense of pleasure, that rise above your sense of pleasure. Its nothing but distraction/affliction. And beyond that (pleasure), a person is struck with sadness pride grief. So Shankaracharya ji reminds that life with very short very momentary and temporary. And says rise above your sadness- either of mind or of body; either material or spiritual. When a person tries to move away from these afflictions the person comes and get struck on Moha i.e.attachment. He recognize ones own ppl. He sees his son wife daughter grandson. So in strotra its beautifully written that that family for whom you had your whole life consumed for. For whom you constantly made effort to collect money. For whom you also adopted evil ways and was ready to do anything for them. But what is your truth after all that? Your sole truth is that you will go in old age and your body will be weak. *pashchaajjiivati jarjara dehe* The body will become frail and shall tremble. Neither will there be any vitality or power in the body. *pashchaajjiivati jarjara dehe* *vaartaaM pRichchhati ko-api na gehe* When your body is frail and you are of no use for the others. What really happens then? No one will ask for you! Then you would be resting on a bed and you will get your food there that is your end. Don't forget that. Don't forget your end time(of your life) because everyone has to encounter this. Everyone has to see their(end) time, almost all. Till the time you are of use, the world will value you, if not, after that the world had no business with you. How much ever one debate on this matter, but if you contemplate on this deeply you will find that this is the truth. Till the time you are useful to the world, their is a possibility that the world and your near and dear ones will remember you but when you hold no value for them, than no will ask for you. So, my sense is that why to get consumed in such a world(so transactional) Why not should we search for that inner peace/bliss that is independent of anything. Why do you want to live under the mercy of this world?? If you feel good or bad depending on what world says then you have become dependent on the world. What is the need of this? Search for your own independent self.. So for the family, that you kept yourself busy in collecting money. Nijarakt, for one's own people (one's own blood) everybody puts in the efforts. Even a bird out of attachment chews the food to soften it and put it in its Chic's mouth. You call them bird and animal and move on.. And you, who are you? Human? *daivi sampad vimoksaya* *nibandhayasuri mata(C16V5)* (Lord Krishna says)Arjun, the good virutues( of righteousness) leads one towards liberation. It destroys the attachment of a person. And bad qualities - (pride/ignorance/arrogance) binds a person. Everything that holds you, whether your affliction or desires or expectations or Dharma or Bhakti or your very search. That which binds you is not for you. The one who binds you today, you will get Attached/accoustmed to that tomorrow. Its happens so! *yaavatpavano nivasati dehe* *taavatpRichchhati kushalaM gehe.* *gatavati vaayau dehaapaaye* *bhaaryaa bibhyati tasminkaaye(6)* Till the time you have breath in your body and has life force in it, till then..someone may ask you for your wellbeing. That how are you doing.. Are fine or not or if you have any problem. And if you have a problem, you anyways have to tackle that yourself. No one can do anything about that. But after life force leaves the body, then your own wife gets scared of your own body (dead). When one sees your "body " as dead, "You" are also declared dead! Let's say, your name is Ram Prakash, and Ram Prakash body has left the life force from it. No one will say that Ram Prakash's body has died. All will say Ram Prakash died! Ram Prakash will be history. That which was present will become past, Ram Prakash photo will hang on a wall. Once in a year or may be everyday, someone may show it incense sticks. But what is the point? People have declared him dead. That guy is not able to witness either the incense or the food offered in front of his photograph. Now what is the point? So this this is the truth of world. Please know this. If you die while living (free ur self of all attachment and afflictions- Jeevanmukta) Controlling one's mind is dying while living. That is Jeevanmukta. Otherwise how is it possible to be gain moksh while living. This is the only way. *"Only way"* I don't use this word much because it is a very deep and objective word. There may be another way, but I don't know of that. When mind is under your control, all affliction will be under you. When affliction are under control mind will be still which will lead to realising pure consciousness and due to that you will be able to see your soul and when you see your soul you will be able to see the real world. Right now you are seeing the world through mind. Then you will know the world at its elemental level(essence) then all doubts will be solved. Then *Jai Mata Di* And everything will be crystal clear. Those appear to be ones own, their real nature will come forth. That which you feel is yours and that which you are doing for you(your well-being) you would realise it's Truthness. You have find a way and a direction. Rest you have to walk the path. That's all I have to say for today. Tomorrow we shall do next 4 to 5 couplets. *OmPuurnnam-Adah-Puurnnam-Idam* *Puurnnaat-Puurnnam-Udacyate |* *Puurnnasya Puurnnam-Aadaaya* *Puurnnam-Eva-Avashissyate ||* *Om Shaantih Shaantih Shaantih ||* *Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare* 🌸 *Hare Ram Hare Ram Ram Ram Hare Hare* 🌼 *Hari Om Tat Sat* 🧡 *Hari Om Tat Sat* 🧡 *Hari Om Tat Sat* 🧡 *Related Blog by Swami ji:* os.me/chant-the-holy-names-bhaj-govindam-16/ (Tanvi) 🙏🙏🙏🌼🌼🌼✨✨✨

Shree Krishna Govind Hare Murari Hey Naath Narayana Vasudeva
(1/n)Translation🔄🔤 below.
Please pardon any mistake. 🙏You are welcome to point out any corrections.
(Invocation to Lord Ganesh)
*Vakra-Tunndda Maha-Kaaya* *Suurya-Kotti Samaprabha |*
*Nirvighnam Kuru Me Deva* *Sarva-Kaaryessu Sarvadaa ||*
First of all my Obeisance to the Divine Power that resides within you.
*bhaja govindaṃ bhaja govindaṃ*
*govindaṃ bhaja mūḍhamate |*
*samprāpte sannihite kāle marane*
*nahi nahi rakśhati ḍukriṅkaraṇe ‖ 1 ‖*
He (Adi Shankaracharya) says chant Govind's name.
Nothing.
*samprāpte sannihite kāle marane*
*nahi nahi rakśhati ḍukriṅkaraṇe ‖*
When one's end time will come, time of death, at that time those whom you refer to as ur own won't be able to go with you.
Possibility is, that one will not want to go. And even if anyone wants to go they won't be able to go. That journey (of death) you have to do alone.
They say two journeys are done alone, no one can accompany you. First is of Death and second is of Self-Realization.
If you die after death what is the use of that death. If you die while leaving then u r a jeevan mukta ( free of worldly desires)
*samprāpte sannihite kāle marane*
*nahi nahi rakśhati ḍukriṅkaraṇe ‖*
Dukrinkaran is a metal in sanskrit.
*bhaja govindaṃ bhaja govindaṃ*
*govindaṃ bhaja mūḍhamate |*
*samprāpte sannihite kāle*
*nahi nahi rakśhati ḍukriṅkaraṇe ‖ 1 ‖*
But chanting Lord's name doesn't mean you go to the temple with a bell!
Govind's Chanting means the one who imbibe the values that Lord Govind(Krishna) stands for.
*Govindo-Govidaam-mati* (written as understood while translation)
The one who Pierce through the senses, He is Govind.
If you don't have surrender in ur life and can't chant (Lord's name) Hare Krishna Hare Krishna ( humbly) then at least have control (over your senses)
Understand ur Senses ( 'Go' of Govindam) ,know them.. That is the chanting one should indulge in.
If you can't indulge in outside chanting ( Hare Krishna) then indulge in inward chanting (know and understand ur senses)
Outside chanting will take you to the inward world and understanding the senses will incline u towards outward chanting. Both will become one when 'that' understanding dawns.
*mūḍha jahīhi dhanāgamatṛśhṇāṃ*
*kuru sadbuddhim manasi vitṛśhṇām |*
*yallabhase nija karmopāttaṃ*
*vittaṃ tena vinodaya chittam ‖ 2 ‖*
He says (Adi Shankaracharya ji) the one who is fool, ignorant and is dwelling into material world.
That person's time goes into matter of money or related to money.
He lives in this worry whole life and dies due to this worry at the end.
*mūḍha jahīhi dhanāgamatṛśhṇāṃ*
He is desiring more, more and more money to fulfill his desires.
Just the way, how much ever one's desire gets fulfilled but are never ending, same way how much ever money comes ur way, it will feel less anyways.
So the one who is a fool, ignorant and tied to the senses, under the control of fulfilling one's desire. That person gets consumed by these desire for whole life.
idam adya maya labdham
imam prapsye manoratham
idam astidam api me
bhavisyati punar dhanam *(C16V13)*
Those who are steeped deeply in to sense of - pride/anger/ignorance; always delves in worrying about money incessantly, desiring money to come in, from various modes/resources or wishing his many desires to get fulfilled. He get himself consumed with these desires.
*yallabhase nijakarmopaattaM*
*vittaM tena vinodaya chittam(2)*
Oh fool ! Be content with what comes through actions already performed in the past(Prarabdha Karna).
If Lord's Grace is upon you, contentment is bestowed upon one. In absence of such grace contentment can't be experienced.
*Ya Devi Sarvabhuteshu Tushthi* *Rupane Sansthita..*
Oh Maa, it's You who dwells in the form of contentment in all beings.
So, Shankaracharya ji writes..
*"yallabhase nijakarmopaattaM"*
based on your karma( of past lives) one's prarabdha(fruit or challenges that one is supposed to bear in present life) is decided.
*naariistanabhara naabhiideshaM*
*dRishhTvaa maagaamohaavesham.*
*etanmaaMsaavasaadi vikaaraM*
*manasi vichintaya vaaraM vaaram(3)*
First and foremost, Shankaracharya ji said, chant Lord's name (imbibing his quality) as that will be the only refugee (in the last moment of one's life)
If one doesn't understand by this then He says.. The money that you are after, stay content with that (with what you get)
Most Human being makes effort for making money.
The one who tries to rise above money gets entangled in matter of attachment.
So this is the third verse.
*naariistanabhara naabhiideshaM*
The one who is seeing the beauty of a woman and has been enchanted by the looks of her. And wants to indulge in pleasure by seeing the form of a woman.
*etanmaaMsaavasaadi vikaaraM*
See how foolish is He!
(2/n)
Please shave these hair off and put the hair in that big silver vessel lying there and cover it with silk cloth.
First, that Shankaracharya ji writes,
*etanmaaMsaavasaadi vikaaraM*
*manasi vichintaya vaaraM vaaram*
Oh Foolish mind, contemplate on this.
*naliniidalagata jalamatitaralaM*
*tadvajjiivitamatishayachapalam*
*viddhi vyaadhyabhimaanagrastaM*
*lokaM shokahataM cha samastam(4)*
Shankaracharya ji writes just the way when a drop of water is dropped on Lotus petal, it barley rests on the petal for a moment.
*gatasun agatasums ca*
*nanusocanti panditah(C2V11)*
Lord Krishna says to Arjuna
*asocyan anvasocas tvam*
*prajna-vadams ca bhasase*
You don't know anything and doing such tall talks...
That, who is wise who is a Yogi who is in state of surrender and settled in bhav of my Bhakti don't lament neither for someones arrival or departure (i.e. neither the living nor the dead.)
If there is no expectation, half of your grief will be finished.
If something is not yours then how can it stays with you. If that grief is not there than your whole grief will be finished.
If you resolve the afflictions of mind then sickness of the body won't have much effect. And they ( disease of the body) will reduce.
(3/n)
If you get over the sadness (in one's mind), you would have taken care of the biggest affliction.
Then you can be called healthy and call yourself as a healthy person.
Till the time you are struck with pride, till then you are not healthy but diseased.
*yaavadvittopaarjana saktaH*
*staavannija parivaaro raktaH.*
*pashchaajjiivati jarjara dehe*
*vaartaaM pRichchhati ko-api na gehe(5)*
When we are reading the verses of Bhaj Govindam.
*pashchaajjiivati jarjara dehe*
The body will become frail and shall tremble.
Neither will there be any vitality or power in the body.
*pashchaajjiivati jarjara dehe*
*vaartaaM pRichchhati ko-api na gehe*
When your body is frail and you are of no use for the others.
So, my sense is that why to get consumed in such a world(so transactional)
Why not should we search for that inner peace/bliss that is independent of anything.
Human?
*daivi sampad vimoksaya*
*nibandhayasuri mata(C16V5)*
(Lord Krishna says)Arjun, the good virutues( of righteousness) leads one towards liberation.
*yaavatpavano nivasati dehe*
*taavatpRichchhati kushalaM gehe.*
*gatavati vaayau dehaapaaye*
*bhaaryaa bibhyati tasminkaaye(6)*
Till the time you have breath in your body and has life force in it, till then..someone may ask you for your wellbeing.
If you die while living (free ur self of all attachment and afflictions- Jeevanmukta)
Controlling one's mind is dying while living.
Then *Jai Mata Di*
And everything will be crystal clear.
*OmPuurnnam-Adah-Puurnnam-Idam*
