It's literally a 40% increase. That's the same as going 84 in a 60 mph zone. 35 might not seem fast, but it's about the RELATIVE speed increase over what the road is designed for. If you're barreling down the road at nearly one and half times as fast as you're supposed to for that area then you're driving unsafe, no matter the speed.
It's a big deal to the people living with vehicle noise and emissions on those streets. Not to mention the mess an out-of-control car @35mph will make compared to 25. Drivers haven't an ounce of consideration for others between 'em all.
Rules are rules for a reason, you know why its 25 and not 35? If someone is hit its a matter of life and death, that 10mph difference can save someones life.

I got a ticket for speed then a week later I got laid off from work. I went to court not to fight the ticket (I was in fact speeding) but to ask the court to reduce the fine or allow me to perform community service. I explained to the court that I didn't realize I was going that fast but I was speeding, I was the one responsible for going to fast and I had actually borrowed money to pay the fine. The judge asked the cop how I behaved after being stopped and the cop said I had a good attitude. He then asked the cop if he felt there was any reason not to excuse the ticket. The cop agreed the judge excused the ticket. No fine, no community service and the ticket was removed from my driving record. I was really surprised and I asked the cop later why he agreed to excuse the ticket. He said he was on the fence about writing it and only issued the ticket because I was so young (I was 20 at the time). I think so long as you admit to doing something wrong and you are polite with the cop the cop will usually let you off the hook.
Eric Taylor that’s what most court judges are looking for, an down to earth guy/girl that have learned his/hers and just asking if the punishment could be payed otherwise or by other means.

Hello, Judge Caprio. I hope you will see my comment one day, because you have no idea how famous and popular you are on China's social media. Chinese internet users are a big fan of you! You are truly kind with love and humanity.

What a wonderful Judge!! This is the kind of man that should be meting Justice in All Courts of Law. He truly has a good heart. He treated the whole family with respect, and humour. They were very, very, lucky, and Blessed that they ended up in Chief Judge, Frank Caprio’s Court Room. He’s the Chief Judge, setting a compassionate and caring attitude, in his Court. God has definitely Blessed this Judge. What a great example to follow.🙏🙏🙏

Wisdom like this comes from years and years of witnessing and experiencing the best and worst of humanity and developing a sincere appreciation for the basic intimate human moment...that judge is truly a village elder as much as he is a civil authority. The mark he leaves on families and children as well leaves an impression on them that fosters an idea of community.....and the young folks who have positive interactions will be left with an impression that goodness...love and the ability to teach as opposed to dictate can come from those in high places and that they too can someday be a wise, noble and kind human being.
Of all the videos on you tube this is my favorite. It made me smile from ear to ear and was a beautiful example of how humanity should be. Great judge and great people!
Wow!! We, in India, need such judges. The other day when I was sent notice, the judge asked me to pay half of the fine as a bribe, and I won the suit. I wouldn't be bothering much if I were to go to jail for 3 days if the judge was honest.

It's funny how the judge has such a steely exterior and looks SO annoyed, but he has a heart of gold and a soft, mushy interior. I'm happy for this beautiful family that they got this kind judge. That little boy is a riot throwing his dad under the bus so quick tho 😂
Wut
‘Usually’ *hmmm*
fake story, u just want likes ;/

@@TrueRedditTales. well I guess “fake stories” run rampant. A very similar thing happened to me. I wasn’t laid off of my job however. I just fessed up to exceeding the speed limit....after the office informed me of the correct speed...for the same reason as the guy in the video....I never saw a speed limit sign and drove at a speed I thought was ok on that road. Judge dismissed my ticket because I didn’t have any blemishes on my driving record.
Judge is an amazing person, what i like the most about him is , he becomes more cautious to give decisions in front of kids, he always try to encourage kids and forgive the parents in front of kids, this indeed leaves a lasting impression on kids , and hopefully when they get older they will be honest and forgiving.... True Gentlemen !!!
💯
Hello, Judge Caprio. I hope you will see my comment one day, because you have no idea how famous and popular you are on China's social media. Chinese internet users are a big fan of you! You are truly kind with love and humanity.
Sa Erting 99% of traffic judges aren't like him, they will find you guilty within a minute after you approach the stand. So don't think this judge is the norm in the west, he is the exception.
+Ink Bold ??? hes not in the West lol
Lena Jackson when you're in China, everything is in the west lol
This guy is getting famous in India too.
Sa Erting its illegal to watch you tube in china

What a wonderful Judge!! This is the kind of man that should be meting Justice in All Courts of Law. He truly has a good heart. He treated the whole family with respect, and humour. They were very, very, lucky, and Blessed that they ended up in Chief Judge, Frank Caprio’s Court Room. He’s the Chief Judge, setting a compassionate and caring attitude, in his Court. God has definitely Blessed this Judge. What a great example to follow.🙏🙏🙏
I love this channel. This judge is so wise.
you r wise like him
I love this family honestly because he said “guilty”. And they are laughing about it Omg this is going to my heart melting playlist because he such a good judge
"Oh, you celebrated by speeding?"
LMAO
Lmaoooooooooo
😂
He is the most respectful judge I have ever seen. A genuine good person 👍🏽🙏🏾
That boy is going to get in trouble when he gets home
No he's not
Maybe but mostly not because he didn't get charged
If only all of us had the good moral sense of this judge. He's my role model, even though I'm older than he is.
Timothy O'Brien You Sir have earned my respect.
Amazing
Hello gorgeous❤
It's wonderful how this judge gets all the truth, everybody knows it, and everybody learns, what a wonderful man. We need more people like him.

TRUMP is
Laughing stock of the world maybe.
paym: lol trump? Nobody respects him
Mikey G: that's not the majority. Majority of people voted for Hillary. College elected Trump not the people
Mikey G: Trump is not powerful. He's a weak leader.
Of all the videos on you tube this is my favorite. It made me smile from ear to ear and was a beautiful example of how humanity should be. Great judge and great people!
This wonderful judge is battling pancreatic cancer. Please keep him in your prayers.
Judge Frank is a credit to the system.

Alin Gal OMG things like this makes me love our country more👌
He'd be a big plus on the SC.
This has to be the nicest judge ever.
Wow!! We, in India, need such judges. The other day when I was sent notice, the judge asked me to pay half of the fine as a bribe, and I won the suit. I wouldn't be bothering much if I were to go to jail for 3 days if the judge was honest.

Judge Caprio, your intelligence in solving problems gives the feeling that your method of justice should be taught

I started watching Judge Caprio a while ago. Something about his unique Judgement style, his compassion and humanity reminded me of my darling dad, who we lost a few years ago. He was an Italian immigrant who came to the UK after having been a P.O.W. who had fallen in love with my darling late mum. They worked together in a Baker's shop; he was making the bread, she was selling it! I just checked on wikipeadia, and like my dad, Judge capio's family ARE italian! So humbled about all he does, in making the world a better place. Just love this man, and everything he does, which is at the level of humanity! God love you, judge capio! love sue xxx

Honesty is too precious.... Not expected from cheap people
@@letstune7100 What tells you they're cheap, and why don't you expect honesty from people who don't spend money, and why do you imply rich people are more inclined to be honest?
This is one of my favorite videos from this channel. I just love how Judge Caprio puts parents who come into court with their kids at ease by allowing the kid(s) to come up and play the role of the judge.
Hello Caitlin
4:24 felt like 24 seconds tbh. I love this judge :)
