Applying of the shaving cream sounded so good and was so relaxing that I actually dropped my phone from being so relaxed. Great sound quality. The best lathering I've seen yet.

The brush the barber is using is actually boar's hair. If you're looking to get that sound you'd definitely want to go with the boar's hair. A badger brush is much softer and doesn't sound as frothy. Barber's seem to prefer the boar brush because they're cheaper and can take a beating.
Chin area grows the most hair so it will be the toughest spot on the face, they focus on the chin because its the best spot to build a a good thick lather.
The audio quality has vastly improved -- I can now listen to this without headphones and experience ASMRs! As others pointed out, it looks like your video camera is auto-focusing on the objects behind you instead of your face or the barber -- Hopefully you can fix this in your next ASMR videos. Keep up the good work :)

I found out that in my case against the grain in first pass gets BBS results faster with less irritation and in 1/3 the time, but then again I shave every or every second day. Btw that looks like the same omega boar brush I got from Proraso
Jason Taylor yes it grows ridiculously fast, it is not as thick as I would want but what I lack in thickness it makes it up in growth rate; then add the fact that it grows in weird angless and in every direction possible and it takes the fun away from shaving without the right cream and blade.
Man this guy is skilled with that razor. I can't believe the speed and dexterity he has handling that thing. If I was the barber giving the shave he would be bleeding out like a stuck pig. Talk about knowing your craft.

Great video, I really enjoyed it! I thought the mic placement was a little better in the last video with the barbering family. In that video I could hear everything super clear, in this video series it sounded like the mic was getting hit or bumped into quite a bit. Either way I appreciate your work.
