Beautiful statue, its simple yet tells a story, plus the all the head sculpts look great. I can totally understand having difficulty picking one, I think I would switch these out a lot. I'm looking forward to seeing where you place her in your display.
I like Domino, X-Force was a pretty fun read with an awesome line up of characters. I think this statue is well done an a good representation of the character. Be Excellent.
Looks good, but not without it's drawbacks. Odd scale is a big one for sure. If it was a centerpiece or standalone type it wouldn't bother me, but those "fail scale" type pieces are an issue. P1 Pred you just did comes to mind. Can't display that with anything else really, but that one can be a centerpiece and there are more in the pipeline so it gets a bit of a pass.
For statues of different scales, you can put smaller statues behind larger statues to get a forced perspective effect. Maybe it would help to raise the smaller statues up so that they are at the same eye level of the larger statues since, when you look at or take pictures of other people, you are viewing them generally at around the same eye level.
Domino is one of the characters you either love or hate at first sight. I really like her, although I also like Dead Pool so.... Anyhow, this is sculpted really well. Paint looks solid. Nice pick up MR X.

The company that made this Domino also make some phenomenal female characters sculpts but they made them in the same scale. Man that really burns me up because by far the best looking sculpt of Domino for sure. I remember when the mutant with luck as a power was actually Longshot. Then Marvel switched up and gave that concept to Domino and got rid of Longshot. I guess you can say that it means that Longshot really wasn't so lucky. Still this sculpt of Domino is beautifully made for sure. Congratulations on getting it.
I think Sideshows concept on her on the slot machine is genius, an absolutely perfect representation of her ability, it’s so good, and much better than this. Why do you think that’s stupid? It’s brilliant. Just because of that alone I prefer that statue.
Very nice looking statue, but I can't figure out her skin color? At around the four minute mark, the version on the right she is pasty white, whereas on the left she has more of a regular skin tone?
@@InfamyOrDeath-__- Watched the video on a different source and the skin tone on the split screen videos is definitely different between the two. It's as if two different cameras were used with very different color settings.
I don't know how else you would show "luck" as a physical power, the only other way I can think of is a dynamic piece with bullets/rockets etc etc dodging her
I hope if Domino comes back to the movies she’ll shave her armpits this time haha, did you see that in the movie? She had hairy armpits, it just made me shutter & grit my teeth when I seen it.

I like the Domino/Wolverine diorama better. This one I don't like the patch being pale, which is part of her mutation or branding by a scientist as a retcon. The dark patch contrasting with her white skin makes her look more like a domino, so it's a bit half-assed if pale and normally it's more prominent in the comics. With her powers being luck it doesn't really match to dominoes that I can tell... which I mainly associate with falling chains and loosely the skill games(which I know nothing about). Weird how similar her power is to Black Cat and loosely to Scarlet Witch. Also the bullet casings seem a bit stupid... they're ejected from guns right, so why is she standing on a pile of them if people are shooting at her? Shouldn't it be the bullets themselves? I generally prefer 1/4 scale; 1/10 is generally too small, 1/6 is a bit doll-like and 1/3 or 1/2 is probably great but would eat space and you'd fit less in. I think if you're going bigger than 1/4 go all-in and go life-size. I do have a wild west mix of scales on my arcade cabs... like a 1/8 or something Psylocke vs Spiral next to a 1/10 Magneto and a 1/6 Blackheart. Larger Domino might be okay with same scale X-Force companion pieces.

Or even more annoying is how they manipulate language so not to offend people, “oh don’t say that word, that’s offensive, use this word that we just made up instead”. And in 5 years they’ll find that new word offensive and change it again.

We just got her and she's gorgeous. My husband has most of the X-Force pieces and she fits right in perfectly.

I agree she won't be in high demand, but you are correct, that is really a nice piece! The scaling was definitely an odd choice.
