Nice little video. Always informative. Loverly designed airport, lounge for internal flights. I would love to go back to Finland again. Its great the way you show the unusual sights of such a beautiful country. Happy safe travels friend. Les. In Melbourne. Forgot to add, Victorian Government, this is what an efficient transport system (train line and station) to the airport looks like.
I’m originally from Kajaani myself, but with that massive number of passengers, I don’t get why the government still continues to subsidize these flights…
Thanks for the comment, on the flight up to Kajaani I believe there were no more than a dozen people on board, however there were at least 30-40 people waiting to get on the return flight to Helsinki. On my flight back later that night the inbound flight had at least 40-50 people come off it (looked like a large number of them were from a sporting team, or maybe a school group), and on the flight to Helsinki, it was at least 2/3rds full. Obviously I can only comment on the 2 flights on the same day (which was a Friday). Based on the small amount of people flying up late in the morning it would not surprise me if they ever cut the 2 services and just run a single service. I noticed earlier in the year, a flight I took from Kuopio only had a dozen or maybe less passengers on board, which as far as I am aware would have to be running at a loss.

Thank you
Good content once again
Thank you 😊
good sharing 👌 thumb up 👌 👍 greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪 🛩
Thank you… Hello Ireland (high on my list to visit).
Man I think it's a good thing I'm not a frequent flyer, or else I'd be kicked out of a lot of lounges for eating too much food.
They can be dangerous… very dangerous…
Oh my what are the chances? Just 2 days ago I was looking for air travel trip report videos about my home city (Kajaani) and now you uploaded one!
I just visited for the day, but it was well worth it, especially the Castle Ruins.
@@ausflyer Yeah the castle is pretty much the only place worth visiting here😅

16:48 I have sat inside that car
I assume you mean that Yellow vehicle?
@@ausflyer Yes! I have worked at the airport for 2 summers as a summer job.
