@@tyrusmfrechs7025 all of it is raw resources that first need to be found, then gathering colonies and stations need to be set up, then those resources need to be transported elsewhere and refined and -then- they can be used to assemble stuff. As I said, for a group that is only just getting set up in a new galaxy it would be a drain on their limited resources to sacrifice an entire shuttle and VI every time you use your primary weapon. Those arent simple, cheap, or fast to build compared to a mass driver cannon and the ammunition for it.
I could see him becoming like the fan from the original series, making one or two appearances per game. Wish they would have admitted fault, fixed the game, and continued development for the next one, but that would require studio integrity. EA doesn't know the meaning of the word. . .

This happened to me but the quest never triggered so I ran to the "nearest" station and fast traveled. But the nomad was still broken down. I traveled to another planet and it was still fucked. I hate Elaaden.
This just happened to me and I went and did another mission on a ship and then another planet to find out its still broke and I couldn't even leave to the tempest so I had to go back a little ways. Such a stupid thing to do and them never saying this could happen at any point. Freaking stupid. Also is stupid your losing shields in 50⁰c being that's only 120⁰ which it can get to that in Arizona
This quest is the perfect example of why I much prefer that Mass Effect had exploration like Andromeda vs the rail roading experience compared to 2 and 3. I love the whole going out for your first time not knowing what to expect.

Never heard of this quest until seeing it in the patch notes for 1.09. It's almost comical seeing that red raider think he's some kind of end boss, that he would be able to pose a threat to Ryder. Raiders are the low level cannon fodder of multiplayer.

98% completed with the game and this never happened to me. I know I missed some angara on kadara who tried to stop me, because I was just trying to activate all the forward stations. I had no idea where she was when she said something; I was already like 5 miles away from her and didn't see her.

God damnit. I thought I played all the missions, side missions and gameplay when I played andromeda years ago. I’m gonna have to load up my old save file just so I can play this mission. And I promised to never play andromeda again after finishing it ;~;
This happened to me but I never got any communications. I was just broken down and couldn't fix it, had to go to a previous save to get around it. Lost 3 hours of gameplay! Grrr!

@@ray4493 Attention to details is realizing there is no way for that guy to know if you have aliens or humans in your vehicle, and thus he should set the trap wheter or not it is the case. Eventually he could react differently once you're face to him, but it would require a lot of work for just a little PNJ in the middle of nowhere.

The initiative was supposed to recruit the best and brightest, but a significant number of them became common thugs and highway men. They should’ve had a much stricter recruitment policy. Plus a lot of ppl left for dumb reasons.
There is a side quest explaining this. Apparently the cryo process caused brain chemical imbalance in a lot of people which is why they turned out like this.

All that to shoot the guy twice... could have made the encounter better. I mean the guy was confident enough to take on 3 armed people. Could had a bunch of turrets pop out the sand while he jetpacked back on top of a dune behind a shield to snipe you. The area could have been riddles with mines. Could have been an interesting fight like a mini boss. But no, it's Andromeda. What can you expect but half ass everything.

This part of the game really sucks because you probably can not see where to go and you do not get any hint how to repair your Nomad. I was not able to get it repaired until I returned and found the guy who had the necessary part.
Northalix Looks nice. I know you can get the N7 armour in Dead Space 3 if you play Mass Effect before it. (I don't know if you need to specifically play Mass Effect 3 or not, but I played ME3 before Dead Space 3. Gotta say, I don't use it often, but it looks really well done. It looks just like the one from the ME Trilogy.)
Everything and everyone is so politely and well mannered, they speak calmly there's almost no emotions on display, ever. Despite all the bugs, this is what makes Andromeda such a shitty game, it has the writing and the acting of a robot.
