Ingredients:-
For yeast fermentation:-
1/4 cup warm water
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
For kulcha dough:-
2.5 cup wheat flour
Fermented yeast
Salt as per taste
1 tsp sugar powder
2 tsp milk powder
Water as per requirement
For Matar :-
For boiling matar :-
1 cup soaked yellow peas
2 cup water
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ghee
For green chutney:-
1 cup coriander leaves
8-9 mint leaves
1 green chillies
4-5 tamarind pulp
Water 1/4 cup
For matar (cholle )
Boiled matar
1/2 cup prepared green chutney
1 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp black salt
2 chopped onion

1 inch ginger
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 lemon juice ( optional)
