Trevor, thanks for your helpful videos. I took to heart your comments in one of your videos where you said people get smart on your videos and then order from the other guys...you asked that we order from you because that just didn't seem right. I agree! I just placed an order for an Aspire by Heston with your team. BTW, Tiana of the chat / customer experience team is a fantastic asset to your team...super helpful and a pleasure to work with...answered all of my questions. Just wanted to let you and the team know! Looking forward to other dealings with you and your team.

Bora Bora is an island in the Pacific. Look it up. Famous for over-water bungalows. The shallow water and sandy bottom create a colorscape very close to the grill. Stunning place.

Can you add sides shelves to this if it’s not a built-in? As an example how the blaze bbq have side selves.

Threw me for a loop. RH Peterson Co. makes Firemagic and AOG. They also make Aurora and Echelon. It's enough to make you want to pull your hair out. And AOG is easy to confuse with AMG! Aaah! Put me out of my misery. Summerset makes AMG.

Is there sufficient vertical distance between the spit rod and grill grates to allow for a drip pan below? Or do you have to remove the grates to use the rotisserie? Think whole roasting chicken or decent size rib roast.

@@embersliving Thanks for the reply. About the cart...is there a slide tray/rack for the LP tank? Shelf on the left for added BBG stuff storage?

Great video. Love those Hestan grills. Definitely think the fact the briquettes are reversible is a killer feature that it still has. The rotisserie burner not being over the warming rack is unfortunate, but I guess they have to keep some things for twice the price.
I'm curious how say a 36" of this compares to a Coyote S. Seems it's about $5,300 for this vs about $4000 for the Coyote S. This seems to be about 4 inches deeper with more real estate, so that's one plus. The reversible briquettes are killer. Not sure which has the better burners. The Coyote's cast stainless steel 20k BTU burners and 1 15k BTU infrared burner vs 2 U 23k burners and 1 23k infrared. The Coyote seems to have a bit more burner density which I wonder if it results in more even temps, also higher overall BTUs, but splitting hairs maybe 75k (coytoe) vs 69k. The Coyote burner flame distribution seems like an overall, but maybe it doesn't translate?
Obviously style wise it's hard to beat the Hestan (though any color other than the silver is pretty pricey) and I'm guessing build quality is a bit better on this Hestan? Of course American vs overseas... though I wonder what's the better overall grill and if this Aspire is worth the $1,300 extra.

i found out a serious problem with the Napoleon Infrared burners. In less than 6 months the metal covers rust and fail. Luckily their warranty is good but im wondering if these guys use different metal mesh covers over theirs because if they dont then your 10k BBQ will require permanent warranty claims and hassle. Even the ceramic plate cracked inside a year. This is a problem if you live in a country outside of the NA because there are plenty of little things that can go wrong with these grills and you NEED the warranty so make sure its not some fly by night distributer that is importing the brand with a 'lifetime' warranty. Just because they are built in the NA doesnt mean half the parts arent made in China... like the gas regulator! which fail every 5 minutes as they are all rubbish no matter what brand you buy.
