    I DO NOT put commercial on any of my videos. TH-cam is putting commercials in my video and the money goes to TH-cam. Please feel free to skip the commercials. I DO NOT get any money from the commercials you watch. Thank you.

      Your comment is more amazing. Thank you very much. I hope you enjoy them. Liver is the cheapest part to buy from the chicken parts.

      Yes everything is great. Thank you for asking. I've been playing too much video games, lol. I need to get back to making more videos for this channel. I just keep eating the same stuff. With the air fryer, now my cooking is super half-ass even more. Thanks again.

    Thinly sliced calves liver is nice too, especially with butter and sage.

    I gotta get this

    • @cookingwithlo106
      @cookingwithlo106  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Make sure to the air frier with a solid handle with metal. The plastic handle will melt after some uses.
      If you can got to the store to feel out the handle/tray and look at the size too. The bigger is better. The ones I have has optional removable trays, flat plate or thicker steel plate for cooking steaks. Thank you for commenting and go get one.

      It's just simple to make. Actually it started in the early years of my teens when I use to go fishing with my mom and dad. They wood buy the chicken liver for fish bait to catch cat fishes. Then there would be left overs and I was like 'let's fry these suckers up". I don't like wasting food, so I try to eat what I have. Yes they are good. When the corona virus started in April 2020, most of the chicken pieces were sold out. Only thing they had was chicken liver. So I just bought that instead. The liver is easy to make and taste very good.

    LOL, did you say "half-ass"?... I love you already! "save for lunch tomorrow"?....NO SIR, I'm eating it ALL TONIGHT! Where did you buy the rice cooker? I so need one fr fr....new subbie here, sharing this vidoe

    • @cookingwithlo106
      @cookingwithlo106  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah every time I cook this dish, I usually eat all of it at one sittings. I try to save some for later, but it's like an open back or doritos chips, empty bag.
      Just type in one cup rice cooker or here is one for $16.99 at Target www.target.com/p/black-decker-3-cup-electric-rice-cooker-white-rc503/-/A-49148174?ref=tgt_adv_XS000000&AFID=google_pla_df&fndsrc=tgtao&CPNG=PLA_Appliances%2BShopping&adgroup=SC_Appliances_Keurig&LID=700000001170770pgs&network=g&device=c&location=9031069&ds_rl=1246978&ds_rl=1247068&ds_rl=1248099&gclid=Cj0KCQjwjer4BRCZARIsABK4QeUNM2t6-tsQHlECre0K_3GwtXhe3bkaX_lvUIfJTip6_xal-80QR0EaAiZYEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
      Thank you for subscribing. I don't really put up new videos too often. I usually cook the same food. I use the "half-ass" in my cooking because it means that I cook simple meal and the original ingredients are not always easy to come by. What ever is in my grocery store that I pick up.

    I would not have saved any for lunch the next day I would have ate them all right then and there they looked great

    • @cookingwithlo106
      @cookingwithlo106  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great to hear from you Roland. Only problem with internal parts of any meat is that they are high phosphorous. I can't have high phosphorous, high sodium, and high potassium. But other wise I would have eaten all of it.

      No I don't trim anything. I do my cooking "half-ass". Thank you for the suggestions.
