Pickled bell peppers stuffed with shredded cabbage and carrot (in brine) ENG SUB | Savori Urbane

One of my favorite pickles is this: peppers stuffed with shredded cabbage and grated carrot! This year I found, in Piața Mică (The Small Market) in Arad, some very cute bell peppers: small and colorful! Thyme, dried dill, hot peppers and strips of horseradish are not missing from my pickle jars.
