So, Awareness can only be in our consciousness, and the active part of the consciousness is our thoughts, thoughts is motion, movement, and the Time is the Shadow of movement.
Time can only exsist in the mind of the Living Being, but We are Not motion, there fore We are Not time, but allways beyond time, the creator of time.

7:17 - 7:28 awarness, becoming new in the moment, (born again) 'birth' of awareness, casting light on the false worship of thought belief memory or experience as the total reality.
Meditation uses the faculties of mind in the journey of becoming conscious.
Becoming conscious necessarily accompanies the arising of compassion, gratitude, humility and love for truth.
The brain is a body organ. The mind is the vehicle, the means, by which we experience life and evolve. Mind uses the brain, but is independent of the brain. This means that when the brain dies, the mind remains intact. Mind includes intellect, memory, imagination, awareness.
Suffering is a product of the mind, as is peace, stillness, contentment.

I love these question because it’s impossible for him to answer because he simply doesn’t know. But still uses this question as opportunity for teaching point...which is the teaching point of all teachers in this genre. Be Present.

The simplicity of he’s answers may foul you…you need to remember that he’s talking about how the basic functions of our brain are carried out. It’s like logic behind logic. That’s that ;)
We leave n a era of debate n obviously the soon the true touches us ,we dont accept it n this gives the opportunity to debate further to avoid the true!

If awareness is the result of the content of consciousness then the awareness, consciousness, mind, brain, thought, meditation and time are all one and the same thing.
If the awareness is a result without the psychological content of consciousness then that choice less awareness is beyond time.
You are saying to just pay attention. Awareness can't be created, Awareness just is.
Oh.. what is this. Subtitle contain some words that are not in his speech..
How to depict conciousness, is there other ways than suffering to describe each other conciousness...
At one point I thaught awareness and time were the same thing, that constant awareness is just as pure and as constant as time itself. But Honestly thats prob no where near true

It is required in terms of medical science and technology. Having knowledge about species of animals etc without that if you got bitten by snake no help possible then.
Psyche on the other hand can be easily dealed with the help of Jk .
In one word it is ? If you are thinking what is this before question mark then you have ended psyche . But only for moment . It can happen now just requires no knowledge, then you are one with everything else

K only hints at how to examine by oneself. Hoping for an answer means either the brain is lazy, or confused, or puzzled not to know how to proceed, or sn indication of a seeking process, seeking an explanation that might give us satisfaction, etc.
Listening to his talk or reactions to questions is a way to look into how he handles the examination, how his brain works, how one's own perspective is working. Which means, listening is learning about oneself too.
He will never answer the question, because that would imply superiority, or authority of the speaker over the listener. If you still want an answer, consider something he frequently repeats 'The answer is in the question'. (btw It would have been a lot easier for him to answer the question, yet he'd be taking a learning opportunity away from you. The ever-humble JK )
Let's say he answered 'yes' or 'no'. Would this reveal the truth of it to you?
Awareness happens as a result of time, and is the gateway into the timeless.
