- The American Civil Liberties Union says they will file a lawsuit against President Biden over his new executive action that would close off access to asylum when the number of daily encounters tops 2,500. NBC News' Tom Llamas talks to ACLU attorney Lee Gelernt about the order and why they are seeking a lawsuit.

Exactly. India has 1.4 billion people and at least half of them could show up at the border for a work permit. Unemployment is high but only documented as 5.2%. But, 18-24 year olds rate is 15.5%.

Trump didn't hold his word either. His administration failed to deport illegal. In fact, Obama's administration deported more. It's a bipartisan issue, not a singular president. All parties have failed. The Republicans, as of last year, have been stalling border policy. Blame them for the latest multi-million illegals who have entered since then.
