- More from the archives - a rare-mileage trip on the Cape Cod Railroad to SEAMASS, then doubling back to Otis Air Force Base, with a couple of runbys by the F10 "Pumpkins" to spice things up! Man, those were the days...
Nice video Mike, I was the engineer. Retired a couple of years ago, 44 years of playing with the trains was enough..
Eddie! I remember you well. My wife and I took a cab ride with you once upon a time. Hope you’re well! Those were some great times.
Doing great thank you! Happy holidays!!
@@EddieKelley-e2x Several more CCRR and BCLR vids on the channel!
Boy. Would I love that going thru my back yard. 😀😀😀
My wife and I joked that if we ever bought a house trackside, we'd erect a sign that said, "Stop Here for Cookies"!
Thanks for sharing
Ahh the memories of being a kid again
Whatever happened to those two?
A long and unhappy story. One is in Colorado, one is just a shell, a rebuild that was halted thanks to unpaid bills.
@@mikechapmanmedia2291 care to share? Big fan of your videos thank you!!
@@wavesnbikes Short story: CCRR went bust, locos were repossessed, then sold. Eventually they ended up in Colorado, owned by Iowa Pacific Holdings. 1100 was rebuilt, 1114 was in the process of being rebuilt when IPH went bankrupt. 1114 languished as a rusting hulk for years, and was finally scrapped not long ago. 1100 was purchased from the bankruptcy trustee, future location/fate unknown.
The railroad was there way before that snowflake's home with the boycott sign at 1:57.
Yeah, well... The airport near me was there long before a neighboring condo development, but that hasn't stopped them from bitching about airplane noise.
I’ll say boycott that family instead
@@walkerdalton11435 Honk everytime they go thru the house of those clowns.
@@wavesnbikes They had Amtrak do exactly that one time!
@@mikechapman1721 That was Herbies last run. My dad told him too. Funny as hell. Bet that idiot isn't on earth anymore
