This reminds me so much of what me and my grandpa do every summer, me and him get out of the house at about 7 in in the morning and drive his tiny GMC Canyon down to a nearby creek, I will say my grandpa don’t believe in whopper ploppers so he’s over hear catching 1 every hour and I’m slaying them with the only whopper ploppers , even though we don’t get that many big ones we’re glad to get away from their house because our my grandma likes to see the pictures he takes of the smallmouth that we get
Those batteries you are looking for are called lithiums. They are anywhere from $250-$2000. A lot of people use them in boats and they work great and last long but are very expensive.
LiFePO4 batteries are the better variant of the Lithiumbatteries. They are as firedangerous as the normal lithium. Pay attention te get a batteries with a builtin BMS (Battery Managment System) it protects the battery against overdecharge and extends it's lifespan.

I know this is a little late but I would like to share anyways. The batteries you showed off are lead-cell batteries I believe, which are heavy and not very efficient. The batteries I think you are talking about are Lithium Ion batteries, like those little batteries you get at the store only wayy scaled up. Hope this helped!

A deep cycle battery is a lot more expensive but will last a lot longer and be a over all better battery

I truly respect Kendal deeply seeing these types of videos. He is obviously successful and can take high profile trips and adventures but most of the time he is doing the same thing he grew up doing and what the poorest of people can do. Grab a rod and hit the crick or field pond. This is 1 good kid and as a father I’m truly impressed seeing such a young man standing up for what he believes in and not letting it blow his ego up. The batteries you were talking about are lithium batteries, I don’t know much about them but they are way lighter and have more power and longevity. But like I said I don’t know the downsides of using them. I love your videos man keep it up!!!
