2012 Hyundai Veloster blower switch repair (no blower on high)

This video shows me fixing the blower switch on a Veloster by cleaning the contacts and adding a washer to help apply more spring pressure. This car had speed 1, 2, and 3. Speed 4 did not work. I already diagnosed that there was no ground coming to the blower/resistor when turned to speed 4.
